Welcome to The Pine Getaway. This Stunning custom contemporary cabin is remotely located on 18 acres that provide you will an abundance of secluded privacy but close enough for you to travel to Denver, Breckenridge, Evergreen, Golden, and Pine Junction for the part of the day. Enjoy the mountain views while sitting on the wrap around deck, in the hot tub or from the kitchen island.
This mountain haven is built minutes from SR 285. Entering this beautiful home, you are welcomed by the open concepts of the kitchen and living room, that are surrounded by large picture frame windows. The Getaway allows you walk in the surrounding woods where you will meet deer, elk, fox, and other forest inhabitants. This is a fantastic place for families to get away from it all.
As you arrive you will traverse a long driveway taking you into the secluded property. Once at the Cabin you will be wowed by the open area that boosts a hot tub and propane fire pit.
Once inside the home you will be greeted by the warmth and beauty of the modern interior wither wood floors and a fireplace in the living room, downstairs sitting area and 3 of the bedrooms. The living room has a wide screen TV to watch a movie with the family or you can see and look out at the large picture frame windows and gaze at the serenity.
The kitchen features granite counter island and updated appliances. The open floor plan includes kitchen and living spaces and a centrally located fireplace. Next, you will find an updated full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The upstairs bedrooms offer queen size beds.
Downstairs, the sitting area has comfy couches, a wide screen TV and a pool table! From here, you will find another full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom offers as queen size bed with a twin bunk. The 4th bedroom offers a queen bed with a single twin bunk. A conveniently located laundry room can be found on the lower floor also.
This home is minutes from Conifer and Evergreen, Bailey, Pine, Aspen Park, and Morrison and less than an hour form downtown Denver.
While the intention of this cabin is to offer a place for you to unplug, we have added internet. This internet is very strong and can support Zoom calls.
Just around the corner, in Pine, there is top notch mountain biking, gold medal fishing, hiking, rock climbing, and the library.
Did we mention that the famous Zokas Restaurant and Bar and Bucksnort Saloon is a few minute’s drive from the cabin!
Only a few miles away Pine Valley Ranch Open Space Park, boasting Pine Lake.
Skaters and anglers can enjoy the ice in winter months. Anglers can enjoy pier fishing in warmer months.
Take Buck Gulch Trail to access the Buffalo Creek Recreation Area and Pike National Forest and hike/cross country ski forever.
Charming, historic “downtown” Evergreen is a quick drive from the house. Settled in 1859, it retains much of its old west charm. Dining options are a plenty as well as wonderful & unique shopping, music, galleries, & nightlife.
Red Rocks Amphitheater is 30-mins away. Besides being a great concert venue, it`s gorgeous, & ideal for hiking.
Breckenridge Ski Mountain is about a 90-minute drive from this home.

**HOUSE RULES:**
Maximum occupancy: 11 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib* (not provided). Our permit allows for a max of 4 cars to park in the driveway. Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
During the months of November through April a 4-wheel drive vehicle, with snow tires, is mandatory.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted in any short-term rental in Jefferson County Colorado.
Please do not smoke anything inside or outside the home.
No parties or events without prior written approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We follow a strict cancellation policy on all websites.
If you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT
