"Reason for 4 star and not 5 star because of these factors: hot water ran out during shower; I did not shower the second day; room locks 🔐 look like emoji; rooms are old and there was non stop noise of construction going during day time; paid same price as JWMarriott rate Staff service was 5 star ..."
