Fam. Frei**** Eine wundervolle Ferienulntperkunft

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Villa Refugio. Mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (6 + 4 Jahre alt) haben wir einen herrlichen Urlaub verbracht. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Yuri hat einwandfrei geklappt. In den Schlafzimmern haben wir für alle "Rücken" passende, gute Matratzen vorgefunden (ist im Alter schon wichtig 😀😀). Die Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern sind einfach super. Der Pool und der Garten; spitze. Der Poolservice und der Gärtner kamen regelmäßig. Die Kinder konnten erst mit überzeugenden Argumenten (z.B. Essen gibt's), aus dem Pool geholt werden. Alles in Allem ein super schöner Urlaub in einem ganz tollen, sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und gepflegten Haus. Einen Nachteil allerdings hat diese sehr gepflegte und schöne Villa; wir wollten gleich am nächsten Tag nach unserer Ankunft für das nächste Jahr (Mai/Juni) buchen, doch oh Schreck, die Villa war schon weg. 2024, das ganze Jahr fast ausgebucht.

Entspannen wird Wirklichkeit

Das Haus ist in einer schönen Villengegend gelegen. Es ist dort ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut vom Alltag erholen. Es funktionierte alles gut. Zum Einkauf sind wir wegen der Auswahl zum Shoppingcenter "La Zenia" gefahren, wo man fast alles findet und den ganzen Tag dort verbringen kann. Ansonsten hat man noch den Strand, wo es verschiedene Tätigkeiten zur Auswahl gibt. Alles in allem: "Es war ein schöner Urlaub"

Très belle villa

La villa nous a beaucoup plu. Elle est fonctionnelle, très bien équipée. La piscine est top! Comme elle est couverte, nous avons pu bien profiter entre 12h et 16h. Calme, apaisant, la forêt en face est un vrai plus. Plage à 15min à pied (aller en pente mais retour plus difficile) pour des adultes. Belle plage. On reviendra sûrement ! Une semaine c'est trop court.

El alojamiento es excelente. La casa está muy bien acondicionada. Tiene de todo, y cuando digo de todo es de todo. la piscina Magnífica. Zona súper tranquila, todo muy limpio. Por poner alguna pega. Hay muchas moscas y mosquitos. Pero vale la pena.... si quieres descansar en familia y disfrutar de la tranquilidad lo recomiendo. Yo repetiré.

the only negative thing to say about our stay was the pool was very cold could do with either solar heating on the roof of pool or cover taken off other than that our stay was great once in pool you got used to the cold but great five stars

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great villa, it lacked nothing, it is fully equipped for a long stay. Just one fault is there is nothing in English to be found on the television, fortunately we were able to rent IP tv box which supplied all our viewing needs.

Rats ruined holiday!

The house and pool were great! Unfortunately the house backs onto woodland and Rats use the wall of the villa to go back and forth. We reported Rat problem on day one and poison was put down immediately (we were advised Rat was coming from the neighbor) Day 2 rat run straight towards us while we were eating outside. (Chaos) Owner said “Rat was silly due to poison” . Day 5 rat ran along pool wall when we were in it. Advised owner, but no further poison put down! Thereafter it was hard to enjoy holiday as every time you heard a noise you think it’s another Rat! I have videos and photos to prove this if disputed! Asked owner for a discount as this ruined our holiday! But was advised this is Spain and you get Rats everywhere!! On a lesser note, ad stated full satellite TV which is true if you are German which we aren’t ! This was another reason we booked having children and again another negative! As I said house/Pool/Patio all fine! Constantly worrying about Rats not so good! Owner said we were the only ones to see rats even though when we complained they immediately blamed the neighbors for the Rat problem! so they were aware of it before we arrived which annoyed me!

This is our second stay at this villa and this time we found a few things not up to standard There was mould in the corners of the showers There was thick dust on top of the curtains in the bedrooms There was unfinished decorating in the hallway and bedroom The bbq had not been cleaned it was full of old ashes The top of the pool cover was filthy The walls in the second bedroom were covered in marks We could not find a second set of bed sheets which you need when staying for two weeks WE love this villa and would love to stay again next year but only if i know things will get sorted

Maximale Entspannung und Ruhe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Refugio sehr genossen. Bei Sonnenschein eine nahezu uneinsehbare Terrasse, die wir ausgiebig zum Entspannen und Sonnetanken genossen haben. Da wir nur selten in Restaurants gegessen haben, konnten wir unser Essen in der vollständig ausgestatteten Küche zubereiten, es fehlte an nichts. Am Abend nutzten wir häufig den Kamin und haben unseren Tag dort gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Herrlich zum Relaxen!
