"The VRBO was very clean and updated. The host was great at communicating and very prompt at responding when I had questions. It would be difficult to sleep seven adults with current beds. Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes."

It's right in the heart of downtown in a beautiful historic building, with several great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and the silverware, dishes, and glasses didn't appear clean, so I ended up washing everything...
