This condo features three spacious bedrooms, comfortably hosting up to six guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan, ensuring comfort and entertainment. The living area boasts a generous flat-screen TV, positioned in front of ample seating for your family. With two full bathrooms, including a master bath with a garden tub and shower, you will find comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The resort offers a variety of amenities for guests of all ages. The outdoor pool features a playful mushroom water feature and is heated in April and May, depending on the weather. The indoor pool is heated year-round for your enjoyment. There are several gathering and picnic areas equipped with outdoor grills. The property also includes a quarter-mile walking trail on a five-acre green space. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including tetherball, a volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. All buildings have elevators, ensuring accessibility for all guests. The units are wheelchair accessible, and free parking is available for your vehicle; however, trailers are strictly prohibited.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven. We provide dishes, glassware, pots, and pans, as well as a toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Please note that specialty kitchen items such as a wok, rice steamer, or crockpot are not provided.

Additional complimentary amenities include free WiFi, cable TV in all rooms, and local phone service. Sheets and towels are provided for the duration of your stay but will not be changed out. A full washer and dryer are available in the unit, with a single-use detergent provided. Guests may wish to bring extra detergent if they plan to do laundry. An iron and ironing board are also included. The resort is smoke-free and pet-free, with a strict no-trailer policy. Alternative parking arrangements can be made through property management if needed.

As a token of appreciation for choosing Hazelrig Enterprises, guests will receive one free admission per day to popular attractions such as Dollywood, the Hatfield & McCoy Feud and Dinner Show, and The Pirate Show Dinner Show. This offer does not involve any timeshare presentations or mandatory purchases.

Conveniently located on Plaza Drive between traffic lights 0 and 1, the condo is situated behind Country Tonight in the entertainment district. A trolley stop at the main road offers rides throughout Pigeon Forge for just $0.50. Dollywood, The Island featuring Margaritaville and Paula Deen’s, and the softball fields are all approximately two miles away.

Checking in is hassle-free. There is no need to stop at a check-in desk—simply arrive after the designated time and enter the provided code to unlock the door. This unit is located in Building 1 on the sixth floor, offering spectacular views. Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill make it easy to access various attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We reserve the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in our opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.

CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:

If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee. All cancellations must be made by phone (call us at 855-44-SWEET). You cannot cancel a reservation online.

The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this instance all monies paid to the owner will be refunded. The company will not be liable for any other costs incurred by the client. The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical &/or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.



CLIENTS PROPERTY:
The clients using the swimming pool or other facilities of the property do so at their own risk. Injury, damage or loss to the client’s property is his or her own responsibility.

• Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of Landlord and Tenant, including household furniture and goods during such use and occupancy.
• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.

USE:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used only for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization, if smoking in the property is detected.
