Wonderful location.

Not too far from the parkway, but just enough out of the way. We loved the property and the location. Very nice and clean. I would definitely book tis property again.

Perfect

The townhome is located on a quiet street of similar homes. It’s a nice neighborhood that is well maintained. When entering the home, it smelled so fresh and clean. We found the inside welcoming and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy with cozy sheets and blankets. The couch was comfy. The kitchen table was large with plenty of seating. The master bathroom was roomy as was the bedroom. They provide a clothing rack with hangers due to the master bedroom not having a closet. The kitchen was really nice although we only cooked once. The fridge was big and had an ice maker built in. We used it quite frequently. The washer and dryer got the job done so we didn’t have to take home many dirty clothes. The pool was nice and clean with sitting room and tables. The starter pack of toilet paper was like 2 rolls per bathroom and for us lasted at least 4 days. We brought some but only used 2 of ours. The other items we used were enough. We were there 7 days. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the home though. The air was cold cold! Very nice after a day in the heat. We would choose to stay here again in the future!

Clean and quiet place, but a couple of things not working properly

The neighborhood is good and safe. The property is clean. It is close to all entertainment in pigeon Forge and only a short drive to Smokey mountains. But the ring doorbell has a humming noise and the bathroom fans do not actually vent, I believe.

Great location

Enjoyed this large open space very much. Close to many attractions and outlet mall. Loved the provided games for our down time. This property was clean but not the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Could use some attention in the bathrooms near the sinks and the baseboards were not clean. Otherwise, beds were clean and comfy!

Perfect In Every Way!

This was the first overnight stay in Pigeon Forge for my husband and I in more than 20 years, and we were extremely fortunate to find this beautiful home for our stay. The location is perfect - right off the parkway yet the neighborhood is so quiet that we didn’t even notice the traffic noise. The home itself is very roomy yet cozy; the king bed is like sleeping on a cloud. Communication with the host was top-notch! While we enjoyed our entire trip, the best parts to us were this home and breakfast at the Old Saw Mill Restaurant. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, do yourself a favor and choose this one. Don’t hesitate, just do it.

This adorable house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The decor was lovely & it was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed in. We had a great time & the location is just perfect. Thank you!
