Great Location!

Great location! House was in a perfect location for enjoying the mountains, but close to all the attractions. We will always look to stay here on our future trips.

The cabin was everything like the pictures! It was gorgeous and close to everything in pigeon forge. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Beauty

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin. The Christmas decorations were an added bonus. The location is great. Will recommend to all our family and friends.

Close to Dollywood

I brought my kids and some friends to enjoy Dollywood and Splash Country. We had a great time! The Beauty and the Bear cabin fit our needs. The hot tub was clean, the pool table was fun and the beds slept comfortably!

Cleanest Cabin Ever

Save yourself some money and go through Colonial Cabin Resort Rentals since after you make the reservation you will be directed to them anyway.

Good location, clean.

Place was good. Only bad thing is the HVAC system. Too hot upstairs, too cold downstairs. Needs a separate system,on each level. Also, tv in game room and living room was problematic. Had to reboot a few times.

Easter Weekend at Beauty and the Bear

We had an excellent time at Beauty and the Bear over a long Easter weekend. The cabin was just as advertised and was amazing. The location in terms of proximity to Pigeon Forge was great - it is less than a mile from the strip, yet you feel isolated in the mountains - we even saw a bear way out back. Sunsets from the back deck were amazing. The cabin was very homey feeling and had everything we needed. I will second a previous reviewer that the temperature can be a bit tricky to manage between all three floors, since there is only one thermostat on the main (middle) floor. What works for the basement might not work for the upper floor. Otherwise, no complaints! We would definitely stay again!

Cabin meet expectations and looked like the photos. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. We had a lovely Thanksgiving.

This cabin was in the perfect location. It was clean. I would definitely stay here again. The company called and emailed several times to make sure everything was good.
