Welcome to "Groundhog Heaven," where convenience, traditional log cabin charm, modern decor and amenities are combined into one AMAZING family friendly cabin! With 4BR (sleeps 11!), 2 large game rooms/theater room, and multiple outdoor decks, your family will have plenty of room to play and relax. Get a Hole in One, then soak in the outdoor hot tub, play a round of pool, games on the arcade, or wind down in the private master jacuzzi tub by the fireplace. This cabin has it all!

Our cabin is ONLY a 5-minute walk to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and is ideal for families and small groups alike - so pack your bags -- the mountains are calling!!

★Living Room★
Featuring high vaulted ceilings for lots of light, a beautiful open floor plan, stacked-stone fireplace, large flat screen tv and comfortable leather furniture for the perfect hang out spot.
To take in the outdoors, simply walk out onto your deck and hang out with family and friends near the fireplace for those chilly nights.

★Kitchen & Dining★
Your kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, a crock pot, and morning necessities like a Keurig and coffee pot. The one-of-kind, hand-crafted, cedar dining table is perfect for those family meals, seating up to 10, plus additional seating at the high-top for 2 more.

★Outdoors★
A brand new, 9-hole putt-putt golf course is the perfect outdoor game for the whole family. Conveniently located in the yard, featuring a “Plinko” hole and golf clubs of all sizes, everyone can compete to see who will get the first Hole in One! There won’t be lines to wait for a turn because the mini golf is private access only to Groundhog Heaven guests and the guests next door at Uncle Buck’s Cabin. But that's not all – we've also added a cornhole set for even more gaming excitement. The yard is so large, there’s still plenty of space to play other fun family games. The covered decks are the perfect hang out spot featuring a relaxing hot tub, charcoal grill and an outdoor gas fireplace.
Getting to Groundhog Heaven Cabin is a breeze, it’s a 2 min drive from “The Island'' on a nice cul-de-sac street yet still far away from the hustle and bustle. And there is plenty of parking for 3 cars on our paved driveway.

★2 Game Rooms & Theater Room★
Every cabin needs a fun Game Room, or how about two!?! The moment you step into Groundhog Heaven, you’ll be in our cabin’s first hang out area, featuring a large table for card games, Jenga or watch a movie from our oversized chairs on the large flat screen TV. On the 3rd floor, we have our second game room with a full-size pool table, Multicade with 60 of your favorite classic arcade games, and another flat screen TV. There’s plenty of space for everyone to hang out and make memories!

★Bedrooms★
Groundhog Heaven has the perfect mountain modern, master ensuite with a plush king-size bed, flat screen TV, full bath, and a beautiful double-sided, stacked-stone gas fireplace which you can enjoy from the bed or in your private jacuzzi tub. Other guests can enjoy some privacy too, our cabin has 2 additional King bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms. And for the littles or solo guests, we have a beautiful, vaulted ceiling bunk room with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin bed. If you need more space, guests can also take advantage of our new, comfortable pullout sofa.

Family vaca

The house was beautiful. Arcade games helped occupy the kids. Everything was clean and as advertised. Communication was fast and i would recommend this place to everyone.

Lots to do!

The cabin had everything and was set up so there is a common area on all three floors. The location is great just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge and only a mile and a half from the Island. You can text Josh anytime and will get a response. He was super helpful and provided us with all the info we needed.

Wonderful Property, Great Location!

My family wanted to get out of the house for a few days and visit pigeon forge. We needed a place that was pet friendly, and relatively close to all the shops without being too close. This was a perfect cabin. It was very clean well maintained and plenty of room for everybody and then some! We will definitely stay again!!

Great family time

We had the best time staying at this cabin. There was truly something for everyone regardless of the weather. The unit located in a central spot, so took us very little time to get to Dollywood, Publix or dining. While the weather was great, the kids enjoyed playing putt putt, cornhole and catch in the yard. While it rained the next day, the hot tub, movie theatre, pool and games were on the agenda. The unit was spacious and could easily accommodate our family. We most definitely will be back our next time in Pigeon Forge!

Great Location

This cabin is very close to the parkway. When you park you walk into the bottom floor which has the theater room with two kings with their own small bathrooms. You go up some steep stairs to the main floor that has the kitchen dining living room master bedroom and hot tub porch. There is no parking available on this floor so everything you bring in has to come in the bottom floor. The theater room is AWESOME. Love the seating. We did bring our own Roku to hook up but we could not hook it up to the TV in the theater room. The washer / dryer did not work. I did contact Justin and he did refund some money as we only packed one set of clothing as we always wash while we are gone. There was ants in the master bedroom and bathroom. We didn't get any help with that - a can of ant spray would have helped - which was never offered. Another issue we ran into was there was 3 teaspoons and 4 bowls. One saucepan. There was some frying pans and one big soup pot and did have a crockpot. This house is for 11 people. We cooked soup while we were there so we had to go and buy paper bowls and spoons so we could all eat together. I did bring this to Justin's attention, and I do hope he addresses this. We cook while we are there so having cooking gear is necessary for us. We did not use the putt putt - but when we got there the other house was using it. It is shared between the two homes and looked very nice.

Not the best

The location of cabin is amazing. However, there were ants in all the bathrooms and bedrooms. We checked in on Sunday and noticed an Out of Order sign on washer/dryer. I messaged host on Monday and was told it would be looked at Tuesday. It was never looked at and I followed up every day. It took me til Thursday to get more clean towels since we couldn’t wash them. And that was me asking for 2 days to get towels. We didn’t pack much thinking we could wash clothes. Instead we had to go buy more clothes. I asked to be compensated for inconvience. It wouldn’t have been a problem at all if I had known beforehand that the water/dryer wasn’t working. Getting a response from someone was ridiculous. We wouldn’t stay there again just because of lack of professional alien from host/management team.

Nice get away

The cabin was wonderful and the host was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the jacuzzi in the master bedroom leaked into the bathroom in the downstairs so we could not enjoy that feature

Disappointing Handling of Leak Problem

Overall, the cabin and amenities were good and spot on for what we were looking for. Our huge disappointment/frustration was finding a water leak coming through the ceiling, light fixture, and vent. Property management had put a mixing bowl under part of it but it was a mess making the bathroom and one of the bedrooms we needed unusable. We were not notified of this prior to our arrival. We reported it to the host and to the management company as per instructions. No one came to look at the problem or fix it. In essence, we received an apology for the inconvenience, I was hopeful that there would be an offer to make things right. I had to request some sort of adjustment or refund. They gave us a credit of 70. I expected a bit more consideration since had to manage their leak problem which kept getting worse the entire weekend. And we did not get the use of one of the bedrooms with a bath. Knowing that the leak was known and we were not made aware, then left to manage the issue was not what we expected nor was it the right way to treat guests.The cabin is nice and one of the cleanest and well maintained we have rented. The poor handling and communication of the leak issue left a bad taste in my mouth, though.

Great weekend for my family

The towels were woeful and the kitchen was sparsely furnished. The fireplace was hard to lite. The cabin was nicely furnished and the beds were good. The location was close to everything and that was nice.

Property was great! Excellent location and the host was wonderful! Communication was beyond helpful and very easy to get with. Very neat and clean and that is not always easy to find! Looking forward to a return trip with the whole family next time. Great escape!!

Great Cabin!

This cabin is great! The best part was the location for us. We were looking for something that didn’t have a long steep drive up to the cabin & it’s only minutes to the parkway where all the attractions are. Having putt putt golf right outside the door was an added bonus. We are already looking at booking this cabin or the one next door (also owned by the same person) again for our next family getaway. Jason was very responsive & helpful with anything we needed both before & during the stay.

Best Fall Trip Ever

This is our 3rd time coming to the area in October and this was the best place we have ever stayed. Plenty of space inside an outside, close to anything you could want to do, and Justin was phenomenal with communicating and helping us have the best experience! I will100% stay here again!

This cabin was lovely! Had everything we needed and it is super close to all the fun stuff in Pigeon Forge. The host was quick to communicate, friendly, and accommodating. We have stayed in many cabins in Pigeon Forge and this one was wonderful!

Family Trip

The cabin was very clean and very pretty. All the beds were comfortable and stocked well. The owners were very nice and went out of their way to welcome us and made sure we were settled in. The location was great. Close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Place & Great location

Property had plenty of space for all of us! It was clean! Everyone enjoyed all the amenities the property offered. I loved how it was not only conveniently located in Pigeon Forge, but I also loved how easily accessible it was. It had no major steep or winding roads to get to it that made me nervous driving to it...Lol.Thank You!!! We would definitely stay here again!

Justin is the Best !

Justin was the best to communicate with. The cabin was beautiful and very large and the outdoor mini golf was a bonus. The cabin is close to a grocery store and like 3 minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge .Justin answered all my questions before I went and was easy to get in touch with during my stay can't stay enough great things about him!!! It was a great vacation and will definitely be back soon!
