You will have a fully private studio with beautiful walk-in shower, 42” flat screen smart TV, mini-kitchen for meal prep & a 10” memory foam mattress platform bed.

Guests have full access to their own private units with keyless entry. (Code will be a available upon day of arrival as codes are changed between guests). Laundry room is available with front loading washer and dryers that are coin operated and open with code access 24 hours. Code will also be in check in instructions. Coin changer on site.

Bring your personal items and let us provide you with efficient and safe living while in Pigeon Forge.

We do not have an on-site office. Be sure and read check in instructions prior to your arrival to obtain studio access.

Please be aware we do not provide daily housekeeping or provide additional toilet paper/trash bags during your stay. We provide two rolls per bathroom and a two trash bags in kitchen. Please prepare should you have extended stays.

We are less than 3 miles from Dollywood and one mile from The Island. We set between Teaster Lane and Veterans Blvd. You’ll find the location to be both convenient with a nice park-like setting. The brand new Food City is less than one mile away. You will find this location off the beaten path but so close to all the action. Also note we are approximately one mile from the landfill. Sometimes it can smell but not often.

We have a zero tolerance policy for unlawful activity which includes any illegal drug activity. We have a clean, safe and appealing community to call home and want to keep it that way. We stand behind our philosophy of “If you see something, say something!”

The landfill, which is less than 1 mile away can produce a strong odor at times. This is a random occurrence that is dependent mainly on weather and winds. We are at the property often and it generally occurs Monday mornings and some mornings more so than evenings as well as after rains in the heat and humidity. More often than not it's not a huge issue but there are times it can be quite strong, on these days it affects most of pigeon Forge including Dollywood and the strip. You will never have an issue inside the studios. It is extremely rare to have this occur at night or weekends. The convenience of the cabin outweighs the rain and potential for this odor.

Meeting up with kids/grandkids

It was fine. Nothing much wrong. The bathroom door gave us a bit of a problem but nothing major. The room was small although it was big enough for what we needed… a bed and a shower. It was nice to have a working coffee maker. I would stay there again but I wouldn’t rave about it to anyone.

Excellent location. Very modern and updated.

The location is excellent. Right off collier so it’s almost sevierville. It was clean and very small. There was silverware, pots and pans with a cooktop if you were cooking and a microwave for leftovers. They have everything you need, just bring your clothes. Disclaimer: I’m allergic to cats and they had like four in the parking lot.

Quaint cutie

The boutique style motel was exactly as the picture suggests. It was extremely clean, quaint & perfectly equipped for a snuggle up kind of weekend getaway. The owner, Lisa was exceptionally nice & very responsive.

Property was clean, updated, very nice!! Owner was nice and easy to contact. Loved the fireplace. It was very cozy! Great for a couple or single! Did think the bed/mattress was uncomfortable but that could just be me.And some days you can smell the landfill outside…but no problems in the room! Would stay again. ✨

Overall happy

Very quiet secluded area which was fantastic on rod run weekend. No noise from the parkway. Very clean and beautiful property. Only thing id ask for is more pillows or fluffier pillows and thw soda machine to not be completely empty except for 1 option. Overall very satisfied with our experience.

Love the area away from all traffic. Isolated from busy Parkway which is always busy. Peaceful area not busy at all. Did not like the smell from the garbage everyday and I know that is hard to control. Overall will stay again. Loved the kitchenette and laundry area too to do wash.

Exactly what we needed

We loved this property. We only stayed two nights but it did what it needed to do. It was clean and comfortable and we have no complaints. Will book again. Side note - we did smell the landfill but it wasn’t that bad. Wasn’t that big of a deal honestly.

There for a week…

The check in process was flawless. However, the unit was very small. We dealt with that ok. My husband likened it to a cruise ship cabin. We attempted to cook bacon in a skillet on the stove, that didn’t go so well. The burner didn’t get all that hot and the skillet was warped and didn’t conduct heat well enough to cook the bacon. After about 30 minutes, had to finish cooking it in the microwave. Didn’t attempt to use it again. We were furnished with one kitchen washcloth and one kitchen towel… for a week. There were instructions to leave everything clean as you found it, which is fine but hard to do with dirty linens. The water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. We were furnished 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for the week. The bathroom had a musty/moldy smell. We left the bathroom fan running for the duration of our stay. Again, 2 towels each for the week. One hand towel to share for the week. The air conditioning unit for our room had a broken drain (exterior); there was a bucket under it that my husband emptied multiple time a day so that the walkway wasn’t continually wet. Again, this was a source of musty/moldy smell inside the room. Lastly, there is the location. Very curvy, windy road to get there that in some sections is in disrepair due to ongoing construction. It’s also in close proximity to the dump which frequently smells pretty bad. This is my honest assessment. Not terrible but not good either.
