It was very confusing finding the hotel, the rooms were just as pictured, customer service was not great. But over all good view, the tub was nice and the room was very comfortable

Fortunately, I had only booked one night. The rooms themselves are perfectly acceptable, but almost everything else leaves a great deal to be desired. The service, in particular, falls well below an acceptable standard. Reaching the hotel by car is a real challenge, especially if you rely on sat-nav. The access road is extremely difficult to find, and it turns out that the hotel can only be accessed from the bridge side. If you approach from other directions, you may be able to see the hotel, like I did, but will not be able to reach it. Given the heavy traffic and frequent congestion, simply taking a detour is not an easy option. In my case, after tree attempts to find the correct route, it took almost two additional hours to reach the hotel. Access to the car park is equally poorly organised. You have to call a telephone number to open the garage door. Although the system itself worked, this is an unnecessarily cumbersome arrangement, both when entering and when leaving the car park. In addition, the hotel's main entrance is permanently locked and can only be opened using a code or key, even though reception is located immediately inside. So much for hospitality! Using the wellness facilities was another frustrating experience. The facilities consist of a very small sauna and a separate room with a whirlpool. Access is by appointment only, and even a reservation that had previously been confirmed was subsequently cancelled. My overall impression is that the hotel is poorly

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Wroclaw. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Market Square in Old Town, Wroclaw University, Cathedral Island, at least two tram stops, and many shops. The hotel itself has been luxuriously renovated. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you could want. The beds are so, so comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is legendary: seemingly endless choices of meats and cheeses, breads and pastries, juices, fruits, salads, and desserts. They will prepare your eggs any way you wish. There is a juicer if you prefer to press fresh orange, apple, pear, or vegetable juice, and there is an espessso/cappuccino machine so you can have your favorite coffee. (A 24-hour espresso/cappuccino/cocoa machine is also available off the lobby and dispenses hot water for a variety of teas.) We travel often and have stayed in hundreds of hotels, but Haston Old Town is at or near the top of the list!
