  • Esta es una casa de vacaciones de fácil acceso, cómoda y conveniente, ubicada en Picton / Waikawa - Gateway to the Marlborough Sounds

    Cuenta con una perspectiva pacífica con vistas a una reserva cubierta de arbustos con un laberinto de senderos para bicicletas de montaña y caminos para explorar.

    Estancia mínima de 2 noches. No hay servicios de lino o limpieza disponibles.

The pictures of the property don’t do justice to how beautiful and peaceful the setting is. Everything about the property oozes charm and warmth. We loved our stay here.

We throughly enjoyed our stay- fantastic location within arms reach of native bush. Beautiful view from the lounge and everything readily available to make the stay relaxed and comfortable.

Comfy, peaceful

We enjoyed everything about this place. It’s well set-up for holidaymakers, the location is lovely and communication and check-in was pleasant and straightforward. We especially liked the back deck and nature views.

Relaxing stay

Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely stay again. Whole house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is nice and private. Great easy location with lots of walking/ bike tracks around.Favourite part was relaxing on the balcony on the couch with all the lovely sounds of the birds in the morning.

Peaceful family retreat

Fantastic place and great value for money. We had the boat in the marina which was only 2 minutes away so nice and handy. Will be booking again soon.

Thoroughly recommend this batch

We five adult family members had a delightful three night stay. The facilities were just what we needed. The location is perfect for easy access to town and the marinas. The batch was clean, quiet, spacious and well equipped. Communication with the owner could not have been better.

Lovely

A nice quiet neighborhood. Tracks out the back door. Short trips to Marlborough wine area and Queen Charlotte Sound. House was as pictured: great. We really enjoyed the espresso machine!

Great house for getaway

The house is very well equipped and is private. Awesome deck which looks out to bush and a reserve. The beds are very hard, which was the only down fall for us. If you like a hard bed then the house is perfect.
