"Excellent place to stay! The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and informative! On our first day, he gave us a map and shared some great recommendations for must-see places in the area. He was also very handsome and had such a lovely smile! 😊 The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Location was a bit hard to find at first, especially since we are not Italian and were driving ourselves, but we got it. Parking was a little challenging but we were able to get a spot on the street not too far away. The apartment was very clean and had what we needed for our 2 night stay. Communication with them about our arrival time, travel documents, and after hour check in access was all done in WhatsApp with quick responses from them. Location was a bit far from the sights but we did...

"Viola and Irene were very welcoming, kind and helpful. Lovely and well stocked shared kitchen and accesible garden. Clean comfy and stylish room. Located easy walking distance from shops and town centre attractions and ~150m from tram stop on line from airport. HIghly recommended."

"We loved the place. And top notch service."

"I was surprised about the hotel. My first experience in a hostel but would say that no difference to a hotel. Excellent compared to price. I would recommend and stay again"

"What a wonderful place to stay."

The patio overlooking the courtyard was amazing and if you got tired of that, you can admire the only Russian Orthodox church in Florence. Its a short walk to the heart of the city. Safe neighborhood. Angelica was super friendly and helpful in providing information. We've already decided it's where we want to stay when we return to...

"Very clean and attractive place in a great location near the bus station. Communication with the host was excellent and everything went smoothly. We really liked staying here and would happily return."

"The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place. It’s very comfortable well located place to stay in Florence. The sheets and pillows could be a little softer, but that’s the only issue"

"Me gustó el hotel, frente a la estación de transporte, el personal muy amable, el cuarto pequeño pero muy acogedor y limpio, la cama muy rica y tiene opciones de almohadas para los que sufrimos cuando no nos gustan."
