Què li ha agradat: Neteja
The property was just as the pictures, with an awesome view.
We were a group of 5 adults and stayed at the property for a week in February 2023.
Things to consider, the hill the property is on is VERY steep and all of the activities we booked we had to walk up the hill to meet our rides, they would not come down to the property for pick-up, which was not mentioned in the listing. If we were not all in good health I am afraid we would of been stuck at the house.
The property has recruited a wonderful driver that would come to the garage but he was not always available. If we were downtown it was hard to find a tuk tuk that would bring us back to the house due to the hills and then they would only bring us half way down the hill. One night it was pouring rain and we cancelled our plans due to having to walk up the hill to catch a ride and the hill being slippery.
There was a miscommunication with the company that does the property management and they had no one there to pick us up from the airport. The onsite manager did apologize and paid for our taxi to get us to the property but once again it took asking 2 different services before we found a driver willing to navigate the hills.
The onsite manager always answered our messages and helped even outside of hours, they prepared a couple of wonderful meals for us at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was provided everyday and they even accomodated early preperation due to activities we had planned. Everyday the rooms were cleaned and the beds made which was wonderful.
