"The host is very responsive and helpful. The flat is lovely. It’s very modern and clean with great features like microwave. The towels are large and fluffy. There are fairly good toiletries and house slippers. There’s a dish washer too but I think a clothes machine washer would have been more useful. The place is hard to find and there are some stairs to climb before you get to an elevator. The AC was werid and it didn’t ever adjust to the temperature set at so it was a bit hot in the room....

"The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. I wish we could have stayed longer, but it was a very comfortable spot to spend one night before a long day of traveling back to the States. "
