AMAZING LOCATION! Walking distance to Arizona Cardinals State Farm Stadium and Super Bowl, close to Westgate, Gila River Arena, Tanger outlets, IMAX, AMC Theater, Top Golf, Desert Mirage Golf course and great shopping and dining. Easy access to the 101 freeway. Spacious 4 bedroom, 2bath home.  This home is fully equipped with everything you need, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, cooking dishes, utensils, COFFEE and TEA, and a large pantry for you to stock with your own goodies. Grocery stores, restaurants and fast food are nearby. The kitchen is open to the dining room where you will find a large dining table to seat up to 9 adults and a smaller table in the kitchen area with enough room for 4 more.  There's also an outdoor dining area that can seat up to 8 more. You will have hours of fun in the living room watching the super large smart TV, playing games or playing foosball. There's even a chalkboard easel for the little artists in your group.  The Primary suite has a comfy King size bed, large smart TV and private bathroom.  There's also a large walk in closet with a pack and play and high chair for the little ones, and iron and  ironing board and plenty of hangars.  The second bedroom also features a comfy King size bed and smart TV.  Bedroom 3 has a tri-bunk with a double on the bottom and a single bed on top and a second bunk bed with a single bottom and single top.  This is a great room for the kiddos and has a smart TV.  The 4th bedroom features a double bed and a twin bed and also has a smart TV.  If you have to work on vacation, there is a desk with a chair and light in the hallway.  There is a second bathroom in the hall with a tub/shower combo. Venture outside to the amazing back yard with a sparkling pool with a pool fence.  Soak up some sun or relax in the shade under the gazebo or one of the sunbrellas.  The pool can be heated for $50/day. Please order pool heat 48 hours in advance. Enjoy the evenings around the firepit under the lights of the gazebo.  Room to toss a football, play a game or two of cornhole.  There is a BBQ for your outdoor grilling and use. Relax, make your self at home!

House Rules:

Children must be supervised at all times.

Pool gate must be closed when children under six are at the property.

DO NOT Touch Pool Equipment or remove pool cleaner or water leveler. $500 Fine charged for tampering with pool equipment.

Pets are permitted with approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply.

Guests are responsible for pet poop pick up and disposal in the outside trash can.

No Smoking Allowed.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house.  Quite Hours 9 pm to 9 am

Please be considerate of our neighbors.

BBQ:  Clean the BBQ grill before leaving.

Trash is picked up on THURSDAY– If you are here on Wednesday, it is your responsibility to pull both cans to the curb for pick up and back the next day if here.

Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A seventy-five dollar trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed.
