Dazzling Mid Century Modern in hot Mid Town Phoenix Location. Designed by famed architect Ralph Haver this home has character throughout that makes it a unique place to stay. Modern kitchen that is fully stocked for those wanting to cook in. Multiple seating areas and dining for 6 in the open floor plan concept. Backyard is a private oasis that features htd pool , hot tub, firepit, and lighted putting green. Prime location that is walking distance to hip coffee shop and cafe.

The space
Unique space that features open floor plan that is centered around a modern kitchen with custom island. The home has a vintage feel that creates charm throughout. Relax in the living room on the sectional and watch tv or gather around the eat in kitchen. Backyard is private and has all that you need to enjoy the Arizona weather. Putting green to shore up the short game for the golf enthusiasts. Sparkling pool and hot tub as well as a custom fire pit to wind down around at the end of the day. BBQ grill and outdoor couch round out this incredible backyard space. Wanna take a bike ride around the quiet neighborhood? Two bikes on site for guest use.

Mid Town neighborhood is loaded with hip shops and restaurants. Plenty to do within a close proximity. Ideal location to downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale for events and nightlife.

Other things to note

Home is located in a quiet established neighborhood and neighbors must be respected at all times. No large parties will be tolerated. Quiet hours nightly at 10 PM for outdoor area.

Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day or $500 per week Please notify manager at least 48 hours in advance for pool heating.

No smoking or vaping in home at any time. $1000 fine for any signs of smoking in property.

If you are traveling with children 6 and under please notify manager for pool safety notice.

Guest access
Guests have the entire home to themselves. There is no shared spaces.

For the safety of our guests and safety of cleaning staff the final arrival door code will not be provided until the day of your arrival. All other home information will be provided leading up to your stay.

Location was great, house was nice with very cute decor. It was listed as a 7 person so we thought there would be one more place for someone to sleep. The pool was not heated and was an additional 100 a day which seemed a little expensive. Water was cold even with the unusually hot tempatures AZ has been having but we still had fun and made use of the pool. The outdoor space was very nice and we used the grill, played alot of putt putt, used fire pit, hot tub and pool!

Needed a getaway and I can even put in words how much I loved this place! I felt like I was walking through a time capsule. The attention to detail and the retro feel was very nostalgic yet current! I would definitely stay there again! Do yourself a favor a book this property, especially if you’re a music lover!!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The backyard is beautiful with plenty of seating. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house, great location

Great place in the center of it all. House and pool were great and the PM team handled any issues quickly. All needed amenities were close by and all the main attractions were only a 20min drive

Had 2 teenage girls with me, we liked the house and especially the backyard. I did suggest having a basic first aid kit at the house. (we had a cut arm, and had to go out to find a store to buy some band aids).

Lovely stay! Beautiful home

The house had all of the promised amenities. It was very clean and met all of our needs. Communication with the manager/owner was great (he responded nearly right away, every time). The area has stores and restaurants within walking distance and is in a quiet, nice neighborhood. It was really just a 5-star experience, all around. Would 100% book again.

Beautiful home in a great location. A bit of a hiccup checking in, but we got it worked out. Pool service and exterminator came during our stay, which we were not expecting. I'd stay here again.

Unfortunately, when we arrived (at check-in time) the cleaning service had not been there. Used linens on beds, dirty towels, dishes, etc. Bad start. Rest of the time was pretty good. Very nice facility. Thank you.

Desert Oasis

Really enjoyed this piece on mid-century architecture remodeled. Yard was one of the best — total privacy, pool, hot tub, lounging areas — not lacking a thing. In fall-winter-spring months ask for pool to be heated; will be worth it!

Decent place to stay

House had a lot to offer with pool, hot tub, bbq, and plenty of room. The tv was very hard to figure out how to use and there were no directions. There also was no book or list of things for the house or things to do in the area. We reached out to the property manager to let them know there was no outside garbage can. We never heard back.

Super Cool Modern House in Great Location

We spent 5 days here over Spring Break. The house, the pool, hot tub and location were perfect. Comfortable beds, nice furniture and easy access were great to have. The only thing we had an issue with was the Wifi. It was good for the first couple days and then was a bit spotty for the last 3 days. We tried to restart our phones/laptops but it just was a little in consistent. Besides that, it was a great house!

Great place but few issues

Absolutely loved the property and it was very family friendly. Unfortunately the water was shocked while we were out in the morning, which took out a day of enjoying the heated pool we paid extra for. We also had to refill the propane tank, which was another unexpected inconvenience. We attempted to reach out to the host, but never heard back and voicemail box is full.

Lovely place

Me and my friends had a great time in this house when we were in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for a few days. Very spacious and modern design. Really nice having the outdoor patio area to relax and sunbathe. Would definitely want to stay here if I'm back in the area. Thanks, Bart!

Amazing Home and Property

The host was extremely accommodating. The interior of the home was absolutely unique, clean and had an abundance of storage. The backyard was beautiful and a perfect oasis. We had the pool heated, we used the jacuzzi (powerful jets), sat by the fire and barbecued. I would highly recommend this property.
