Enjoy this beautiful newly renovated home just moments away from Old Town Scottsdale. With a wide open floor plan and a resort-like backyard, this house is sure to provide endless entertainment. Dining table can seat 8 people. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Backyard includes multiple sitting areas and spa-like cabana. It also includes a BBQ, heated pool, lounge chairs, big TV, dining table, gas fire pit and many outdoor games. Gas stove. Uber is 3 minutes to Old Town.


POOL HEATING:

A heated pool will put the icing on the cake for your stay.

Pool heating costs $60/day. This option must be used for the entirety of your stay unless you have an extended stay and we have made an agreement on terms beforehand. There must be at least 24 hours notice before requesting this service.

The heat will be set to 82 F before your stay and then the pool heater will be locked.

If there is any tampering with or removal of the lock, then the guest will be charged $500.

OTHER POOL ITEMS TO NOTE:

- NO GLASS IN OR BY THE POOL. Any broken glass in or around the pool area will occur a $500 pool cleaning fee.

PLEASE NOTE: WHEN AROUND THE POOL, ALL INFANTS AND SMALL CHILDREN MUST BE KEPT WITHIN THE TWO SEPARATE CHILD FENCING OPTIONS STORED IN THE GARAGE. IF THESE OPTIONS ARE NOT SUFFICIENT, THEN PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I WILL TRY TO FIND THE SAFEST OPTION.

Great house and location

Great house and a great location. Very close to airport and downtown Scottsdale. Clean house with lots of beds and a great outdoor area.

Cool place, but state of property doesn’t match listing.

My family and I were really excited to stay here based on the listing photos and description, however the state we found the property in was much different than advertised. I have no doubt this was a 5-star place after it was renovated, but everything is really beat up now and needs a deep clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We were also a little bummed about the outdoor area, as the covered lounge area had the top shades missing, the curtains were torn to shreds, the outdoor games were falling apart and everything was covered in bird poop/feathers. The pool and the living room were great though, and Jared was very responsive and accommodating. He even gave us a refund on the pool heating due to an issue with the pump timer, which was much appreciated. Overall the property is neat, and is probably a great spot for college kids looking to get away/explore old Scottsdale. With some maintenance work to fix some of the interior/exterior I’m sure this can be a 5-star place once again.

The house was in a nice location - close to Old Towne Scottsdale. Our stay was good. The pool heater wasn’t working so we weren’t able to swim after paying for pool heat, but we were refunded. Good communication between the property manager and us. Nice outdoor area.

Awesome backyard and great location

This house really made our girl's weekend amazing. Jared was a fantastic host and was super quick to respond both before and during our stay. The property was very clean and the yard/pool is ideal for enjoying the sunny weather. A quick ride to Oldtown makes it the perfect location for a getaway.

Resort like property and excellent communication with the host

We were in Scottsdale for five days over Thanksgiving and we had such a great time staying at this property. The backyard was incredible and it felt like we were staying at a resort. The house was perfect for our family of five. The communication with Jared before and during our stay was beyond impressive. He was quick to respond to all my questions. When we had an issue with the pool Jared responded to my message immediately and came to the house within 10 minutes and resolved it. We had a great time eating Thanksgiving dinner at the large table next to the pool and watching NFL games on the television in the backyard. We would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect stay

We loved staying at Jared’s place. It had everything we needed and Jared was easy to communicate with and reach. Plenty of space to lounge and we loved the backyard. The neighborhood is so nice! We were close to shopping, restaurants, everything was a quick drive. Would definitely stay here again. Everyone had a great time!

Great stay

We have stayed at This property over 5 days I’m December. Great location- super short drive to Old Town Scottsdale, but also to other nifty AZ attractions like Desert Botanical Gardens and the airport. There are many grocery stores around including Costco. Back yard is a lot of fun- pool is heated and pretty cool! Jared is and awesome host- responsive and accommodating.
