Cozy Corner Charm Unit B - Goodlife Vacation Homes

We call this home Cozy Corner Charm Unit B for a reason! This 300 sq ft studio style home has everything you need to make Tempe your home away from home.  The home features a full kitchen w/dishwasher and is stocked to cook your meals at home.  A sliding barn door provides privacy from the living space and has a queen bed and bathroom with standup shower.  Your morning coffee can be sipped out front at the bistro table while watching the sun come up.  

There are many activities to experience near Cozy Corner including Mill Avenue, Tempe Town Lake, Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Rolling Hills Golf Course, The Phoenix Zoo, and the Botanical Gardens.  Going downtown to Phoenix?  Hop on the Light Rail and zoom your way to one of the many stops along the way.  Roosevelt Row in Phoenix is a hot spot filled with art, culture, music, and nightlife.  "RoRo" as it's known to the locals has restaurants and coffee houses mixed in amongst the eclectic artwork and murals of this must see urban experience. 

5 Miles to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 2 Miles to Arizona State University, 4 Miles to Old Town Scottsdale, and 10 miles to downtown Phoenix. 

The next door neighbor has a rooster which may disturb some light sleepers.

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to receiving check in instructions.
Pet friendly. We only accept dogs, and up to 2 dogs. There is an Additional $45 fee per dog, and guests must agree to a Pet Addendum.

This was a cute place to stay and was the perfect size for just me. Super close to bus stops and the metro which take you anywhere you need to go. Great accessibility to ASU, Tempe Town Lake, the marketplace, short hikes, and downtown Phoenix. It's also perfectly placed between Scottsdale and Chandler so you can explore quite a bit of the valley. The place was tidy and had everything I needed. It's located right under a flight path but that was fine with me - I loved watching the planes!

Property shows as listed. Unit is small, but very functional. Bed was comfortable. Close to airport and our activities. Questions about property were answered quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Overall stay was good, close to everything. Had a little problem with getting key code. I didn’t realize Arizona had to have picture proof of who you are, not a bad idea though. Once I got a hold of someone to talk to she was able to give us the code.

This property was close to all the places we wanted to visit in the Tempe area. Easy access to major N-S roads. Just north of the ASU campus and the eateries across the street from ASU. Walmart about 4 miles south. Dedicated parking space at the property. While the unit was small, the kitchen and bathroom fixtures were recently new. the only awkward feature was the lack of a soap tray in the shower. The only negative we found was no blanket for the bed. Otherwise it was an interesting place to stay. You are on the traffic pattern for the airport if you like plane watching as I do.

The biggest problem with this unit is there is no bathroom door. If you're lying in bed, you're looking straight at the toilet, which is only a few feet away because the unit is so small. The host agreed to refund us $100, which we appreciated. But he said we were the first to say anything about the lack of a door, which I find hard to believe. We bought a curtain and rod to cover the doorway.The unit might be good for one person, but too small for two. The couch is very uncomfortable, old and saggy. No table, no chairs, just two useless footstools. New appliances in kitchen area. No counter space in bathroom. One side of bed is against the wall, making it difficult to get in and out unless you're by yourself. The listing says "your morning coffee can be sipped out front at the bistro table." This table obviously had not bee cleaned recently, covered with a layer of dirt and a dash of bird poop. The accompanying chairs were old, uncomfortable, and falling apart.

This property is close to lots of activities. While its small, it has everything you need to be comfortable. The appliances are all new and we loved having a gas stove.

My wife and I stayed here while moving our son in to ASU. The location was great - just a few minutes from campus and not far from lots of good restaurants. We’d definitely consider it for our next trip out.
