Awesome location in Ahwatukee ( Phoenix , AZ 85044). Borders Tempe and Chandler,AZ. Close to everything Arizona has to offer. Shopping, Bars, hundreds of restaurants, golfing, 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to airport, 7 minutes to Anaheim Angles spring training, 2 casinos within 3 miles, fashion malls, downtown Tempe(ASU),Chandler,Gilbert, parks & recreation, Mexico ( Puerto Penasco ) is 3 hours away with a beach on the ocean ( Gulf of California), mountain hiking on South Mountain is 1 mile away, and breath taking sunsets and rock formations. THINGS TO DO : BARRET JACKSON , RUSSO AND STEEL, PGA GOLF, NASCAR, SPRING TRAINING MLB, GOLD MINING, ATV RIDING, 1 mile to NHRA TRACK/ CASINO AND 2 MALLS CLOSE.

Now about the home : Offering a smoke free 3 bedroom 2 full bath single level ranch home with beautiful private pool with yard built for entertainment. House is 1700 square feet and has been remodeled. New kitchen cabinets with granite and brand new stainless steel appliances. Leather couches, 65 inch 4k tv, stereo system, xbox one for those kids that can't live with out it.( you bring the games), free internet, Kodi, Netflix and furnished with all the kitchen dishes and silverware...Outside is pool chairs, outdoor patio set, outdoor fire pit , charcoal and gas grill for you're taste. You are also welcome to pick any fruit off the trees when in season. ( red ruby grapefruit , lemon and lime)..They are great for cooking or making a refreshing cocktail. Come enjoy yourself and please ask any questions...

Convenient, quiet location. Clean and well-stocked kitchen/bath. Very private and beautiful outdoor patio/pool area. Worked so well with entertaining a few additional family members that were in town as well. One of our top VRBO rentals for sure.

This is a great property with many “extra” amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with lots of cookware and even standard spices. The backyard is beautiful, and although it was too cold to swim while we were there, we ate dinner outside one night and got to enjoy the sunshine on th lounge chairs one afternoon.

Super stay for ten days. Second stay at this property in the last 12 mos. Host very easy to work with. Easy check-in. Easy check-out. Centrally located. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. Easy access to freeways. Fun time. Highly recommend!

Everything You Need

This property is super clean with everything to make your stay enjoyable. The outdoor area is beautiful, private and relaxing. A gorgeous kitchen and comfortable beds. Very close to restaurants and shopping. We would love to come back!

Everything we needed!

We were visiting family in the Phoenix area have driven from the Midwest. The house is well-located near grocery stores and shops. The set-up worked perfectly for our teen sons and my husband and I, all of us needing to do virtual work for part of the time. Comfortable beds, great yard & pool, open kitchen/living room. Host was responsive but unobtrusive, allowing us to feel right at home. We'd definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with its lovely patio and pool. Kitchenware could be updated. Written instructions, as we’ve seen in other VRBO homes, for the TV, thermostat control, etc. would have been helpful. Location was excellent and we had a quick response to our questions.

Great house & location!

We really enjoyed the house. Has all of the amenities that you'll ever need (pool, grill, large patio, tv options, stereo, comfy beds, etc) and the location is perfect to be able to visit the various areas of Phoenix. I highly recommend.

Quiet Humble Abode

Dan was amazing to work with before during and after our stay. Location is AWESOME with bars, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby yet it is tucked away in a quiet community with no outside noise to speak of. Beds were all super comfortable and the open concept is perfect for hanging out with family/friends. Would definitely book again!
