A home away from home, beautiful gated community, gorgeous landscaping, and tons of amenities. The Racquet Club in Scottsdale Ranch, this unit is two bedroom, two baths, a spacious living/kitchen space and two covered patios to enjoy all the beautiful weather Arizona has to offer. Roll your bags right into the first floor getaway. Convenient access right inside the Via Linda street gate or a right around the driveway to the main gate with fountain views, tennis courts and workout room. Enjoy the wonderful quiet lifestyle at the Racquet Club, 5 pools, 6 spas, walking paths, fitness center, 9 lighted tennis courts and much more. Master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet, en-suite and relaxing private patio. Second bedroom has queen bed, regular closet, built in shelves, and magical desert view out the indoor of blooming cactus, humming bird attracting flowering bushes and majestic palm trees. A second private patio is located off the living room for the perfect place to listen to the birds wake up with the desert sunrise and the perfect cup of herbal tea or organic coffee. Condo is fully furnished with built in dishwasher, instant hot water at kitchen sink for coffee or tea, washer/dryer, two flat screen TV’s, and Wi-Fi. Wood and tile floors throughout and comfortable home feeling atmosphere. Tennis is available at no additional cost. Tennis pro and activities director on site. Close to Arizona Diamondbacks Training Facility, Barrett Jackson Auto Show, Talking Stick Casino, Top Golf, Butterfly Wonderland, many golf courses, hiking trails, walking paths, shopping and more. Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is 15 minutes ride.

Very Nice Stay and Property

Everything was as expected, and we enjoyed our short stay. Owner is very communicative and helpful. We've stayed in this area on prior trips and love the availability of activities and restaurants nearby. Would definitely visit again.

Life at The Racquet Club...

This is a nice (first floor) two bedroom two bath condo in the Racquet Club, just off the 101 and Shea. Enter off Via Linda, and you'll be right there. They've got a bunch of tennis courts and pools in the complex. We found our stay very enjoyable. The condo is nice, clean, and modern. The owner was friendly and helpful. You're five minutes off the 101, so it's a great location. And easy to get to downtown Scottsdale, Tempe and Mesa. We'll be back. Thanks
