The pool can not be heated when the outside low temperature is below 55°F (Generally from November to March)
- The pool is fenced but please be mindful of children
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days
- Family: Travel crib and high chair are at the property for guest use

- Fireplaces: Due to safety concerns and fire risks fireplaces are not for guest use
