Great house in a nice, quiet neighborhood

This house worked well as our home base for exploring the Phoenix area. House was very clean and our family of 7 had plenty of room - beds are comfortable, the living room is large and the kitchen is well equipped. Note that the room with trundle beds will only sleep 2 people, as the beds are too close together to pull even one of the trundles out. Overall we were very happy with our stay and Jason was helpful when I had questions about the area. I would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful home and big enough for our whole family!

Check in was super easy! The home was accommodating for 9 of us. Each room had a TV so the littles could watch cartoons and the adults could talk! The kitchen was well stocked. But could use some larger pans if you are cooking for a large group. That was a little challenging but we survived for the one time we had breakfast at the house! They had family games so we could play when we got back at night! We will defiantly go back!

House for Thanksgiving

The house was as described in the ad and was very suitable for a thanksgiving family get together. There were a few things that were not great but I called Jason and he was all over it. Thanks Jason and I appreciate your responsiveness. The house is stocked ok for a visit but I would suggest a couple of things ...like wineglasses. We drank wine out of water glasses at Thanksgiving and I think adding wine glasses to the cupboard would be a nice improvement.

Loved this place!

We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised. We ended up renting like 6 other homes through Jason as we were part of a very large group. The mountains, golf courses and hiking trails were all breath taking!! The pictures do not do the area nor the home justice. All the TV's have access to games, netflix, hulu, etc and they are in every room. I could not get my kids to leave their rooms (in this case that was a good thing...as that meant quality relax time for us). The salt river was a ton of fun (very relaxing as well). Kids loved the backyard putting green! We were also able to enjoy a ride in a world war II B17 bomber (airplane) at the Arizona Commemorative Air Force Museum (they give rides in other vintage airplanes as well). My husband and I loved the vintage pinball arcade...it was fun showing the kids the games we played growing up! All shopping, movie theaters, malls, bowling, etc were within a few miles at most! I have never seen so many model airplanes at one park - kids loved it. Jason was very receptive to all requests and provided an unending stream of recommendations on restaurants/things to do in the area. We are definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Great property

This place was amazing!! All was better than expected and was totally worth the money. Do not be fooled by lower priced options in the area as they are nothing like the pictures and will ruin your vacation comfort. Jason was very accommodating to our large group and was able to help us rent multiple homes in the area aligning to our needs and dates. I highly recommend this home!

Very Accommodating

This place was gorgeous!! We were able to rent this home and 5 others nearby to accommodate our large group. Everything was brand new and state of the art! Jason was very accommodating and receptive to our needs. The area was beautiful as well with nearby shopping, movie theaters, malls, arcades, etc with plenty to do for all! Putting green was tons of fun! The kids loved watching all the races and aerobatics at the remote controlled airplane park as well as all the board games and tv games (installed in every bedroom). The Lost Dutchman Superstition Mountain Ghost Town was straight out of the movies (and free to see the shows and tour the buildings). We loved the home made fudge and ice cream as well as the old fashioned steak house. We stopped by Saguaro lake and did the river cruise as well (gorgeous landscapes with wildlife all around). The host of the cruise provided a great history of the area and was very entertaining. Our family was so sad to leave =(

A very cozy and neat place to stay.

The place was great for our large family and it was in a nice and quite neighborhood. The backyard was quite big for the kids to play. Jason was great always available and checking to make sure if we needed anything to make the stay more comfortable.
