House and exterior were very nice. Wish the pool vacuum was functioning better and the net for the pool had been accesible (we had to ask the pool cleaners to leave it out when they came vs having access to it upon check in). In addition, had to email to get the check in information since it was not emailed proactively. We had reached out to the managment company about the pool and a leak from a storm. They never called back but an employee came because they were in the neighborhood. The only issue with that is they entered the house unannounced which with children in the house, was not ideal. Overall, house and outdoor space is very lovely but there are some customer service issues which need to be ironed out.

Hidden gem in Scottsdale

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We were unsure how it was going to be being surrounded by apartments and a busy street, but the area was surprisingly very quiet. I loved the design and feel of the home. It was close to a bunch of shopping and food places. My kids had a blast in the pool, pool table, and shuffleboard. My only complaint (but I will mention it didn’t affect our stay) would be that the owners need to fix a few spaces. The ceiling in the master needs to be fixed, the master bathroom underneath the tub has an open area, and theres a decent sized hole behind the tv in the master. Again, it didn’t affect our stay but these things should be addressed. We fully enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A Premium Experience!

A truly amazing place to stay! We had a group of 13 adults in town for a birthday and it was a flawless experience. From the pool & outside amenities, to the game room, to the fact everyone comfortably had a bed with their own bathroom, it was a perfect place to stay. Location is ideal and property team was accessible. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great place near Old Town

The place was beautiful- tons of room for our 8 guys on a golf trip. Has all the amenities - pool, hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard. Fun place and great location.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We had 10 of us staying at this property and it was so great that everyone had their own bedroom and bathrooms. The space was great for us to have family game times and also watch movies in the great/game room. We really enjoyed the stay and it was close to old town Scottsdale.

Very Nice Property

Property was beautiful, spacious and clean. Great location. We requested and paid for pool heater, however the pool wasn't heated. We didn't think that would be a problem with the high temps AZ has had. However, the pool was very cold. So I would definitely recommend getting the pool heated and insuring that it's done.

Amazing Property

We stayed for a long weekend with 16 guys, and the property was perfect! It had enough space for everyone to hang out & relax in, and never felt like it was over-crowded. The location was perfect! It was far enough from the Old Town area without having to deal with the business that comes with the nightlife, but close enough to get there and back without hassle. Next time we come to Scottsdale we will be staying here again!

Amazing House Close to Everything!

Our large group had an unforgettable stay at the Wild West Estate. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The open-concept living area is perfect for entertaining, and the kitchen is well-equipped for home-cooked meals. The outdoor area is an oasis in the desert, with a stunning pool and plenty of lounge space. The location is perfect for golfers, with several world-class courses nearby and it's just a short drive to enjoy the amazing nightlife that downtown Scottsdale offers. I highly highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing vocational rental.

Beautiful House

This house was beautiful and nicely decorated as the pictures show. It was great for our couples trip and we enjoyed the big space. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The pool was great and the location was near everything. With that said there were a couple things that were not so great. One of the room’s air conditioning barely pumped any air out and with the high temperatures outside made it completely unusable. The maintenance did come out and try a couple things but was sadly unsuccessful. Also, there was a $200 an hour fee to check in early or $150 fee for bag drops. In our experience , most owners offer flexibility with this so long as it’s ready as it’s hard to time flights. Those are the only 2 things I would say but overall great place to stay!

Parsons Villa stay

Property is amazing and is exactly as described. It was nice to have everything from unlocking the door to house rules and process on an app. Great backyard with a great pool. We only had one issue with the casita but the management team was there within 30 minutes to help us out.
