It was a nice place to stay, close to Old Town that only had us paying 7-10 for an Uber XL to get to bars. The house itself is a little worn but it did its job as a place to sleep. Defintely not a Bachelorette-cute-photo op-spot but can get pictures in the pool area. Adding some brighter lights/lamps in some areas would be nice too. The owner takes a little bit to respond but eventually got around to it.

Great spot in Scottsdale

This house sleeps 6 comfortably! The pool was clean and a great temperature. The hot tub was a little murky. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

Pictures were better than in person

My family and I stayed here 1 night, and happy it wasn’t more to say the least. Pictures online were very nice and appealing, when we opened the door it was very different. This place needs a whole facelift! It is very outdated and run down. It was clean, so I will give the cleaning crew a good review. The pool was not clean, and we were told to not remove the cleaner, which made it hard to swim in. The got tub had green slime all around the perimeter. Stains all over the rugs, in all the bedrooms. I would not be staying here again.

Good Stay- Spring Training Trip

We had a good stay at this property. There were a few issues upon check-in, but the owner addressed them quickly. Aside from that, everything went smoothly. The house has a lot of charm and is a little dated as others have referenced in their reviews but is very well-equipped for a large group. It had reliable Wi-Fi throughout, TVs in most rooms, and a lovely bar area with a mini fridge. The atmosphere was clean and inviting.The outdoor pool and spa were warm (we only used the spa), and the bedding and sheets were comfortable. Plus, the location is fantastic!Overall, a nice property that made for an enjoyable stay.

Photos are better than the home is.

We had family staying and this property didn't reflect the photos. Carpet extremely old/dirty. Dishes we didn't use as they all had food on them. Beds seemed clean, and the bleach smell in the house seemed it was clean enough to sleep there but no one was wanting to spend time "hanging out" there. Trash in the back yard, cups on the fence, etc. Disappointing. There was also seemingly a "FINE" for everything that could have potentially gone wrong, it made us nervous to do anything in the house. There are signs through the house taped on the wall calling out what you will be charged if something goes wrong - it just wasnt welcoming.

Bach trip

Overall me and the girls had a great time here at this house, there were a few things that went wrong however the owner mostly took care of the issues fast. The bedrooms were nice and clean. Pool was nice and refreshing.

Guys basketball extended weekend

5 adult men staying 5 days to watch NCAA tournament basketball. The house is a little older, with some updates. 2 nice sized gathering rooms, plenty of seating, with large screen TVs, one with a bar. Outside space with patio as well with basic heating swimming pool and hot tub is a nice feature. 2 bathrooms and beds for all 5 of us. Water pressure was a bid weak in the hallway bath. We were very satisfied with our visit.

Spring Scottsdale Trip

We stayed here for my sister's bachelorette party and it was a really nice house. The pool and hot tub are great and the rooms and inside of house were very nice and clean. Also a great location and walking distance to old town!

Great house & location

Our family really enjoyed this getaway to Scottsdale - the house was clean, roomy and comfortable, and the pool/hot tub were perfect. Excellent location as well! The yard is fenced, and the outdoor seating area was a nice bonus.

Overall the property was good. Issues with the broken toilet in master bedroom, no propane for the barbeque, the pool snake cleaner was not working. The outside games were fun. Our family had a good time.
