With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home is the perfect size for families or groups of friends. The location is unbeatable, only minutes away from the popular Old Town Scottsdale, where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping, and nightlife. After a long day of exploring the city, come back and relax in your own private oasis. This home features a beautiful sunroom with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the crystal-clear pool. Enjoy a friendly game of ping pong with your loved ones while you bask in the warm Arizona sun. The backyard is perfect for family fun, with a sparkling heated pool (+$75/night - please request at least one week before arrival), fire pit, cornhole, and more!

Please note that during the winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.

This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7.

How The Home Is Stocked:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)

Due To A New City Ordinance:

Spring Break 2025

Our stay was excellent. Property manager was very responsive to any issue and resolved them during our stay with new lounge chair (for broken one), and new cooking pot (for pasta). Location was excellent, less than one mile to Old Scottsdale with quick access to freeways. Definitely would stay again

Spa was empty and house was not clean.

My husband arrived and there was about a foot of water in the hot tub. I asked him to fill it and turn on the heater. After several hours, the hot tub was not getting hot. We called Rebl Management and they said they would send out maintenance. Maintenance came the next day about noon and said the hot tub had been broken for weeks and the management knew it was broken. The baseboards in the bathrooms were full of hair and what looked like urine and dirt. We moved out after one night. They refunded us for less than half of what we paid for a four night stay. The listing stated $435 per night but after all the fees it averaged $750 per night. We were refunded $1333. I have been tryiing to get ahold of a manager at Rebl. I have left 3 messages for Dora at Rebl and have not had any response.

The house was nice but it is advertised for 16 and it is definitely not made to hold that many in beds. There were no cups for drink. They only had coffee cups and wine glasses. No wine opener was ever found. They need to leave more cleaning supplies also.

What i had issues with

Overall we had the best time in Scottsdale, however there were a few issues. The air conditioning situation was really hard for all of us. The house was hot the whole time and it was locked I had to get permission to use it. That was the biggest issue when we aren’t use to that kind of heat. Next was the garbage situation. The lock was on the wrong side, we couldn’t even open it. We had to get someone to help us.

INCREDIBLE house for a bachelorette or vacation!

We couldn’t have loved this property more. It was a perfect location and everything was very clean! The host was very responsive and worked with us to set up the house ahead of time. Would 100% stay here again!

Family Thanksgiving

Rented this house for the holiday and had a great time! Ping pong and the pool were favorites! I liked the fire table because I thought it was cold! I also liked how one of the on suites was off on its own away from the other bedrooms! Also having the house be pet friendly was great too! Thank you!!!!

Holly Bach Party!!!

This place was great for us to host my sisters bach party! There was 13 of us, plenty of room and bathrooms. The pool was amazing and mural was great for photos! Only downfall was it did take a while for the place to cool off, we also went in September when it was very hot. Would stay here again forsure!

Great Property!

I traveled with a group of 12 adults and we had enough space to sleep comfortably, swim, and have meals together. We loved the ping pong table, floaties, and bean bag boards. Check-in/check-out were easy and the property was exactly as described. Would stay here again!

Bachelorette Party

This house was perfect for a bachelorette party! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. One of the masters didn't have a door to the bathroom, but we made it work. Pool was bigger than we thought and perfect!!
