A Modern North Scottsdale Retreat Near Troon North

This stylish 5-bedroom 4400 square-foot home is a recent addition to Desert Vista Luxury Homes' rental portfolio. Enjoy this contemporary home with its wide-open floor plan and gorgeous furniture with 11 separate beds among 5 bedrooms (with optional 6th sleeping space in the office). Other amenities include HDTVs in every room, pool table, ping pong table, corn hole, fireplace, heated pool/spa with water feature, outdoor BBQ and 2 outdoor fireplaces. The fastest available WiFi service keeps you connected throughout the property.

Two generous living rooms each feature extra-large screen HDTVs and panoramic views of the outdoor living space. A modern chef’s kitchen complete with Wolf Appliances, a double wine fridge and a rolling bar is the perfect place to prepare any sized meal.

Splash in the pool or spa, lounge poolside or relax next to a fire on one of the outdoor sofas under a spacious covered patio. Other outdoor amenities include ping pong, bag toss (aka corn hole), large BBQ grill and outdoor dining table.

The master bedroom and one other bedroom each feature king beds. Two bedrooms feature two queen beds in each and their own bathrooms. A fifth bedroom has two double over queen bunk beds. All bedrooms are equipped with large screen HDTVs and large walk-in closets. The office includes a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen sized bed, offering additional sleeping space if needed.

This home is nestled on a private cul-de-sac minutes from world class golf at Troon North, Grayhawk, the Boulders and TPC Scottsdale (home of the Phoenix Open).

A beautiful trail head featuring trail walking, biking and jogging is less than one mile from the front door.

This home is ideal for 2+ foursomes of golfers or families.

POOL HEATING: We recommend that the pool be heated between Oct 1st and Jun 10th in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. Pool heating is optional and available for $75/day. There is a minimum of three (3) consecutive days, and pool heating may only be scheduled for the full duration of the reservation - not for select days. Definitely let us know before your arrival if you want to enjoy swimming during your visit without a wetsuit! (Hint: an unheated pool stays just above the low temps of the night.)

Beautiful home with all of the amenities.

Our stay of six adults was memorable. The house was clean and comfortable with more to do to entertain us than we had time to enjoy. The kitchen was large and well appointed and a definite gathering spot. The management team was responsive, within seconds, to our single request. We would definitely recommend booking this house and this management team.

50th Wedding Anniversary family trip

The house was beautiful, plentiful rooms and baths for our group of 10. Many indoor spaces to congregate as well as a fabulous pool and outdoor area. Games for all ages too. Well appointed kitchen. Couldn’t have been happier and my family loved it. We would return.

The amenities were wonderful. Well stocked kitchen and baths. Location was excellent. Only negative comment would be lighting on the patio. Could not see when trying to grill outside on the gas grill. But otherwise, a great rental house.

We were pleasantly surprised that the home was much larger in person both inside and out. We found everything we needed to prepare meals even for the large group. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Walgreens for those few forgotten items. We walked to the McDowell Nature Preserve for hiking each day as a trailhead was just under a mile away. This was awesome hiking! Looking forward to booking again in the future.

Our four adult children and their spouses flew in for a long Thanksgiving weekend and this home provided amazing amenities that everyone could enjoy. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom which was so nice. The entire house was immaculate when we arrived and just as beautiful as the pictures in the listing show. The living space, both inside and out, has ample room for everyone. We loved the large kitchen and everyone easily worked around each other during meal prep. The pool and hot-tub was a daily highlight having traveled from a much colder Michigan climate. :) We read books, watched College football, hiked, and gamed for most of the weekend...pool,, ping-pong, corn-hole, and so many board/card games. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to relax and connect as a family. We hope to return with friends and enjoy the amazing golf courses in the area.

CJ was very responsive and even took the time to come by and drop of a speaker for us. If I could give this home 6 stars I would!
