This 2 bedroom property features a new kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops, new tile plank flooring and 2 completely remodeled bathrooms! Enjoy your favorite cocktail on your private patio, overlooking the lake or relaxing by the community pool! It doesn't get any better than this!! Conveniently located near the Peoria Sports Complex, Cardinal's Stadium and Coyote Hockey Arena and many of the best restaurants, shopping and spas in the Phoenix area! There will be additional $50/ guest if going to used the other bedroom.

Pros: king bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good. View off of patio very nice. Kitchen supplies very adequate. TV in front room only and worked just fine. Cons: FAR FROM LUXUARY! not clean. Condo needs a deep clean. Bathroom mats very dirty. Patio furniture not as shown in pictures. Small very uncomfortable camp chairs meant for tiny people on patio. Couch was fairly comfortable. Armless chair meant for somebody small. Would not say any furniture was comfortable. HVAC took six days to eventually work. Fireplace is a plug in for ambiance only. Ceiling fans eventually worked once we bought new batteries. Parking very tight for a SUV. Sliding patio door difficult to slide. Awning very difficult to work. Washer & dryer worked but the closet was filthy where they were located and the knob to open the closet needs repair.
Thermostat broken. New one was eventually replaced. Host eventually found a maintenance man to replace it.
Patio camp chair. Uncomfortable. Too bad there weren’t two comfortable patio chairs to enjoy the view.

Spring training

Great location for multiple ballparks. The view of golf course was outstanding. The water holes attracted numerous birds which were fun to follow. Lots of good places to eat close by.

PLEASANT VIEW AND QUIET

THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN AND NICELY DECORATED. THE HOST WAS EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH, VERY ATTENTIVE AND WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ENSURE THAT WE HAD A PLEASANT STAY.

Home base

We stayed at the property for a week and it was a great home base for us for activities in the Phoenix area. Lynn is a wonderful host who checked on our needs and met us at the property to check in. We did not cook at the condo but everything one needs is there. We did enjoy sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. We did not get a chance to use the pool. Overall we were very happy with our choice. It is good to note that if there are more than 2 people staying there is an additional fee.

Condo was lovely

Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Host met us at the condo for check in and familiarized us with the condo and the furnishings, which was very nice and very unusual from our experiences.

Perfect .....

This was my first stay at this lovely condo and I'll definitely be returning. The owner was very easy to communicate with. She met me at the unit upon arrival and answered all my questions. She checked in with me via text later on in the day, to be sure everything was okay. I was visiting family in the area and really wanted a central location to explore the area. This place was ideal. You can easily get to the highway and head out! I took day trips to downtown Phoenix, went to local parks and hiking trails, shopped in Scottsdale and also headed a bit north to Sedona. Each day I returned to this beautiful condo, which had a private, shaded, parking spot right in front of the unit. The balcony is gorgeous and overlooks a pond and golf course. I spent many hours enjoying the abundant wildlife and view. I ate out most evenings, but the place was fully furnished with anything you might need to cook a meal. The appliances were all new. There's a washer/dryer and a large flat screen TV. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a very comfortable mattress. I didn't use the second bedroom, but if you do, it's nice that it's set off from the main bedroom, offering privacy to both rooms. The whole place is very clean and comfortable! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks, Lynn!

Perfect home base

We are from the Phoenix area, and needed a place to stay that wasn’t with family this trip. This was perfect! Clean, easy access, lovely views, space to unwind and make some easy meals. This place is well-stocked with towels, seasonings, and disposable goods (paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, etc.). Nice to have one less thing to worry about! Lynn is a thoughtful and conscientious host. We would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful condo!

Everything about this place is wonderful. Lynn greeting us and showing us around the condo when we arrived was really nice. Everything you would need is supplied. We spent a lot of our time in the balcony overlooking the golf course. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great place, great host

We stayed at Lynn’s apartment for about 2 months. It’s very clean and well kept. Lynn is a great host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. She even switched out our bed from a queen to a king size so we could be more comfortable! She has a cleaning lady that we used a couple times as well which was really convenient. There is a great porch with rocking chairs and a bench that overlooks the golf course and we spent a lot of time sitting outside there. The complex itself is very safe and quiet. Easy access to the interstate. Overall we had a great stay and Lynn was very accommodating!
