Charming luxury Scottsdale retreat located in the gated Plaza Residences community in the Kierland area, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo for 4 offers an array of resort-style amenities, like 2 pools, a hot tub, barbecue grilling area, clubhouse, business center, fitness center, and more. Located on the first floor, this unit has privacy and is in a very quiet location on the property. Just remodeled, fully furnished kitchen, HD Cable TV, Apple TV, F/S washer and dryer, wireless internet, queen sleeper sofa, king bed master bedroom, all linens provided. Large walk in closet. With Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter just 5 min away and Old Town 9 miles away, just a short drive or cab ride you can enjoy golfing, hiking, shopping, fine dining, bars, and entertainment, during your stay!

We have stayed in this complex for the past few years, and we love its location due to its proximity to everything, restaurants, golfing, hiking, shopping, casinos, etc. This is our first year in this specific condo and it was perfect. It was very quiet and private due to its location. It was immaculate upon arrival with everything we needed for our 6 week stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the double headed shower was amazing! But the best part of our stay was the responsiveness of Andrea, the owner. She responded to the most minor of issues immediately without ever making us feel like we were a bother. She was genuine in her desire to make our stay perfect, and we really appreciated that. We will definitely return during our next visit to the area.

Amazing!

The place was perfect and Andrea was super helpful throughout the entire stay. The condo was in a great location with plenty to do nearby and lots of great restaurants. The place is made even better by the host - Andrea - who was super responsive whenever I needed to reach out and ensured the condo was clean at check in and cleaned throughout the stay. 10/10!

Clean and comfortable Scottsdale Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The owner Andrea was very helpful with making our stay comfortable. Location was great close to many restaurants and shops.

Great Experience

The property was just as advertised, all you need in the kitchen and very comfortable with nice family room, very comfortable bed and shower area. Also a very private back patio area yet just a minute or two walk from the main pool area in a very nice complex. Best part was the communication with Andrea, when a health care issue forced us to leave a few weeks early Andrea was very helpful and generous in her response. Can't say enough good things about our experience and we hope to go back someday

Comfortable and well located

The condo is located in a quiet part of a well kept and pleasant complex. It is well appointed in every way. We appreciated its proximity to good restaurants and all sorts of shopping. We found the owner to be very responsive to any of our questions and needs. We'd definitely stay there again.

Great experience!

Our condo was clean and well-stocked. The heated pool and hot tub were great places to meet new people. We felt very safe throughout the whole complex. However, the best thing about the condo is the owner, Andrea. She was totally accessible at any time, and she was very attentive to anything we may have needed. She is a very kind and gracious owner, and anyone who rents from her will never be disappointed!
