Not as advertised
I will precede my review by stating that the management team were both very nice and very pleasant and very easy to talk to. However, our experience was not what we expected. The amount of dirt on the windows, sills, between the sofa cushions, under the bed and sofas, bugs in the kitchen and cobwebs on chandeliers made it seem like no one set foot in this house for three months. There were cobwebs and spiders all over the patio furniture and in the garage. Even though I cleaned the patio furniture myself, we were not comfortable enough to sit outside. Since no one came to clean the pool and remove all the leaves accumulating in the bottom of the pool, we were not comfortable using it. No one came to spray the home either. We did not mind cleaning the general areas after we bought cleaning supplies.
The most distressing part of our stay was what happened to our pet. He had just gotten his full physical, blood test, vaccinations, etc. - all clear. He felt like he was slowing down on the second day after we got to this property until we finally took him to the emergency on the third day. The vet said he was “possibly exposed to venom.” Our pet had no bruising, clear x rays, and complete check up. Except for his blood. He turned anaemic and his life was in danger. His blood sample was clear before arriving at this property, and now he has an inflamed tricep and poison in him. I’m not going to elaborate more on our subsequent trips to the ER, and unspeakable distress. We left.
