  • Heated pool! Chill on the covered patio couch with the TV, a Jumbo Jenga & connect4. Take a dip in the pool, grab a drink through the kitchen/outdoor bar patio window while you grill on the built-in Viking. Lay out on a chase lounge and relax as the sun goes down on a couch next to the custom gas fire feature. Inside enjoy two living rooms with arcade games and a fireplace, TVs galore, Ggl Voice Asst., BT sound system, and a mini coffee/breakfast bar for the AM.

    The space
    Split floor plan offers master BR maximum possible privacy. Two separate living room setups and TVs in every room offers guests all possible variations of hangout and leisure arrangements. Fireplace, arcade games, 7 TVs, adjustable frame master BR king bed, friends/family board games, professional poker table overlay with chips, privacy screens for the three sliding glass doors, 2-car garage, Googl voice asst, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN Unlimited, jumbo outdoor Jenga and jumbo outdoor Connect 4, Built-in Viking grill, custom outdoor hand-built gas fire feature with couch and chairs, heated/chilled pool ($50 per day with minimum 5 day notice. If guest opts for pool heating it must be for duration of stay). Do your thang!

We had an amazing stay here. The beds were incredible comfy. The whole house was very spacious and accommodating for everything we needed. The outdoor amenities were also super enjoyable! We will be staying here in the future!

This house was very, clean, comfortable and centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go...the pool area was something out of a magazine...sure wish the weather would have cooperated and we could have used the pool!The owner of the house was very accommodating and helpful...he was able to send us info of where to go eat, shop and things to do...we did go to one of his recommended places, an excellent Italian restaurant for dinner...I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Phoenix...A

Graduation Trip

This was undoubtedly the most well-equipped VRBO that we've experienced! The owner has thought of everything one might need to ensure a perfect stay. It's a beautiful home located in a very nice, quiet, walkable neighborhood. We highly recommend this property, and plan to stay again next time we're in Phoenix!

Niece’s Wedding

This was easily the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had! Communications from Jason were timely, friendly, and thorough. The home is simply beautiful, and the perfect setting for a small family gathering. Amazing attention to detail, with so many thoughtful ‘extras’ throughout! Perfect relaxing getaway

Everything about this stay was perfect! The hosts were very responsive and thought about everything! Everything we needed was already stocked and they even provided some snacks and drinks! The outside area is peaceful, private and we were even able to watch March Madness while enjoying the pool!

Beautiful House

We rented this house for family coming into town for a visit. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool toys, and arcade games. A great place place to stay!

Spring Training Stay

Can’t say enough great things about Jason and the home. One of the best places we have stayed at. Communication was top notch from start to finish. Everything about this home—inside and out—was truly exceptional and made our Christmas holiday with family incredibly special. The house was immaculate and in pristine condition, and it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. From a perfectly equipped kitchen and well-appointed bathrooms to the outdoor pool area and games, everything we could possibly need was provided and then some.Jason was a pleasure to work with—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. Arriving on Christmas Day to find snacks and beverages waiting for us was such a thoughtful and generous touch and made us feel immediately at home.We also loved the location. Having direct access to the canal trail made it easy to enjoy long, leisurely walks all the way to the Biltmore area, which was a highlight of our stay.This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and will be our go to place when we return (if it's available!!).

We love this place!

We spent 3 nights of our Spring Break trip to AZ here and my family absolutely loved it. Our 6 and 9 year old sons spent hours playing basketball in the pool and there was more than enough space for our family. The attention to detail in the design of the outside and interior spaces was so impressive. We had the most lovely stay and Jason made us feel right at home. I can't recommend it enough!

The perfect listing

The listing was better than advertised - the host clearly went out of his way to ensure our stay was above average. From a stocked fridge, to ample communication, every box was checked and then some. Would easily recommend to anyone who is looking to book. Will be staying here again.

Our most favorite VRBO stay so far!

Absolutely lovely home in a cute, clean and safe neighborhood near the canal trail. The home was so incredibly clean, well appointed and comfortable. The extra little touches we didn’t expect made us feel so welcomed and cared for. The back yard was a perfect place to retreat anytime of day and we all loved the pool. We will save this one for future stays in Phoenix! Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a clean, cute, quiet getaway. King master bedroom, queen bedroom, queen bunk bedroom, living room, family room, lots of hang out spaces and sweet little extras to welcome you.
