We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. I also want to commend the cleaning service and hosts for their honesty and care —after our stay while cleaning the cleaning service found a cherished piece of jewelry I had lost. They contacted me and arranged to have it mailed to my home. Exceptional property and pristine plus honesty — we’d be happy to stay here again!

When we arrived the AC was not working it was 85 in the condo. We tried to contact after hours maintenance number but were not able too reach anyone. In the morning we reached the maintenance personal. They put in a temporary portable AC until an AC serviceman came late afternoon. We were told we would be compensated for the AC issues. We checked out on Monday and since we had not heard anything from Elite I messaged them on Weds questioning when we would see the compensation. I did not get a reply. I can only assume we wont be getting compensation as promised.

Fabulous

We had a terrific time! We enjoyed the secured location and that parking was so close. We REALLY enjoyed the great air conditioning because it was so hot! Communication was great and all the details for check in and check out without issues. Appreciation!

Perfect

I flew to Mesa from Eugene Oregon to spend christmas with my son and granddaughter. This condo was exactly as pictured. Clean. comfortable. wonderful bedrooms. great TV and wifi. pool. and a bonus of having a play area for my busy granddaughter right outside our door. The property managers were responsive Well equipped kitchen and laundry area. Wonderful accommodations for an extended stay!

Easy access and safe

Great week in October

Beautiful ground level condo close to pool and parking. I liked that it came with a garage to keep the car cool as the temps ranged from 105 to 110 the whole week. The condo was on the North side of the building so we could use the patio at meals. The kitchen was well equipped and organized for meal planning. Checkin was easy, checkout app did not work but communication with the staff was so good we used texting to checkout. Great stay and will book this place again for next year.

Coyote Condos are AWESOME!

We had the best 10 days here in the Mesa area! We had a bucket list of fun activities and got them all done! It was wonderful coming home to our comfy and clean condo every evening! We just need to know how we go about booking the same unit next March!!! Our only draw back was the technology with texting the VRBO. I didn’t want to create a new account, etc. also, we could not figure out how to get the NCAA basketball games on our tv. Although we did enjoy Netflix. Definitely want to stay here again!

Arizona trip

They unit was good, however there were a few issues. We were notified that there was a new refrigerator being delivered so we had to shift our plans upon arrival for grocery shopping and such. We had to eat out the night of our arrival and the next day before the fridge was cold enough for us to stock it. The ice maker had to be cleared twice before we could use the ice. The new fridge was loud as it worked to fill the ice bins which literally took a about 24 hours of constant ice dropping into the bins. We also had some kind of bug issue in the master king bed that resulted in bites all over my husbands back, neck and head. They did come spray, but it took a few days and we had already moved to the other bedroom. Also, the parking lot was being resealed and when they cleaned the road it resulted in dust covering the patio and the patio furniture. We had already cleaned it when we arrived. The young man that came to apply the bug spray said he would order a hose so we could spray everything off and use it again. The hose never arrived. The place was not bad, there were just a few issues that tainted our stay a bit.

Getaway Condo

This Condo is conveniently located in East Mesa providing all the amenities needed. Ground floor made it easy for my mom to enter. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us privacy while we could enjoy the living area together. I would stay again in the future.

Repeat stay, what can I say!

We have stayed in this unit before. Did not disappoint. The Unit is well equipped and clean. We have stayed in other units at this property but this one has been our favorite. The property manager was prompt in responding to any questions we had. We will definitely try to book this unit again in the future.

Our “had to do” weekend

My brother passed so we were here to clean out his home. We worked 10 hours a day and it was a nice place to come home to. The front room TV never worked properly and that was a bummer. The other 2 things were fixed when we called.
