We are the perfect spot for any stay with rooms available from 3 nights to 1 year! Quick getaway, summer internship, relocation and snowbirds- we host it all!

Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Furnished with a queen size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

*Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community's common areas. This includes the sidewalks, parking lot, gate doors, pool/hot tub, laundry room and office.

This property is in a great location backing on to 11 miles of Greenbelt. It's an easy walk into Old Scottsdale and a nice ride to Tempe Town lake on the bicycles you can rent at the office. We had a couple hiccups in our room with a hot water issue and slow draining sink but when brought to the host's attention were immediately fixed and with no inconvience to us. The pool and common community areas are very nice, well maintained and offer activities (ping pong, putting, corn hole), relaxing areas (lounge chairs, covered couches and chairs) all in a comfortable and well kept environment (clean, fans for cooling, fire place). The kitchen had the basics that you needed including salt and pepper. The BBQ areas are set up so you can dine in the BBQ area or on your private balcony. We appreciated the the gated security of the complex.

Great location, Good unit

Well located with access to the Scottsdale green belt and easy access to shopping. The property is great: warm pool, hot tub, grills, tennis court, putting green and beautiful landscape. The unit is fine if a bit spartan. Hot water was never really hot. A little skimpy in the kitchen. Still had everything we needed. Property staff was wonderful.

Worst online description i wouldnt recommend

I booked cause it said family friendly and children welcome well after 4 days the told us they dont accomate familys and that we must leave that the would refund us our money how ever they did not so we lost or vacation and the units were shabby the tub was painted with latex paint and the place wasnt clean overeall rude management and verry un accomadateing staff fasley avertised on a booking sight for familys

Tournament Trip

Wonderful condo! Staff was incredible and so kind. Our condo matched the pictures perfectly. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were gorgeous and had tons to do! Highly recommend!!!
