EARLY CHECK-IN OPTIONS
Many flights land early in the morning at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. For this reason we offer a half-day add on, if the calendar permits, allowing you to arrive as early as 9am! Ask about that option when booking.

LATE CHECKOUT
If your flight leaves late in the day, consider a half-day add-on so you can leave at your leisure. Otherwise, the stated checkout time stands.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF
Our team needs this time to prepare the home uninterrupted. Upon booking, we can offer recommendations of where to leave your luggage while you wait.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

*CAN THE POOL BE HEATED?
Yes! We recommend heating the pool from October through April if you'll want to get in comfortably. Due to the high utility cost of running the pool heater, we offer this amenity as an add-on in order to keep the cost of the accommodation lower for those who do not want it. Pool heating is $65/night OR $400/week.
