Located in one of Scottsdale's most sought-after residential neighborhoods, you'll find Villa Paradise on a peaceful cul-de-sac off quiet streets lined with cacti and desert landscaping. Scottsdale's best attractions are minutes away, and with easy freeway access, the entire Phoenix metro is within reach.

Most guests find having a vehicle most convenient, though Uber, Lyft, and even Waymo robotaxis are available. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) is about 25 minutes away and Scottsdale Airport (SDL) is just 10 minutes away. Desert Horizon Park is a short walk from Villa Paradise. Upscale shopping and dining are just around the corner at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. World-class golf, including TPC Scottsdale, is also nearby, while Old Town Scottsdale's restaurants, galleries, and nightlife are a short 20-minute drive to the south.

- Pets are welcome with host approval and a pet fee. We consider requests for up to two fully house-trained dogs under 80 lbs at the time of booking — please include a brief description of your pet(s). Cats, puppies, and dogs prone to accidents, destructive or aggressive behavior are not permitted. Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay without right of refund.
- For safety and security, outdoor cameras are located near the front door, parking area, and side gate.
- Guests may enjoy the outdoor wood-burning fireplace and the electric fireplace in the back family room. The fireplace in the front living room is not available for guest use.
- A signed rental agreement and ID verification is required prior to check in
