Welcome to the Saddletree Estates, a perfect relaxing retreat for your sunny Paradise Valley getaway! Tucked in a quiet community surrounded by greenery landscape, you’ll love the peacefulness the neighborhood has to offer. Relax by the pool, which is heated for your pleasure in the cooler Arizona months, or soak in the therapeutic hot tub. Our unit is adjacent to the pool, hot tub, grills, picnic tables, fitness center and clubhouse for your enjoyment!

This gorgeously decorated unit offers everything you will need for your stay! 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 4 guests with a perfectly situated split bedroom design, offering additional privacy to all guests, as well as convenient office desk for your business needs. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Sliding door will lead you out to a private covered balcony, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or reading your favorite book. Feel at home with added features such as large screen TV’s in every room, cable, password protected WiFi, in unit laundry, walk-in closet and much more. Condo entrance is on the 2nd floor and has assigned covered parking.

Just minutes away to all the popular shopping, dining, entertainment, amusement, recreation, and hiking. This quaint condo is perfect for all your vacation needs or business travels.

Max of 2 dogs allowed under 30lbs with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. Other minimum night stay options available, please inquire.

There is no mailbox key available. If you need personal mail delivered, you must obtain a P.O. Box from the postal service or you will need to verify door delivery. Owner is not responsible for any missing mail.

Fabulous location

We had a great month in Scottsdale! Our condo was located in a very quiet neighborhood close to shopping and entertainment. The condo had everything we needed for our extended stay and the heated pool was fantastic and not used much by the locals!

Christmas In Paradise

Property was excellent. location close to many amenities. Pool was right outside and alsways heated especially good for folks from the North like us. The host was easy to contact and very helpful for information and support. Would definately go there again.

Comfortable and convenient

I stayed for about a month to go to an outpatient Mayo program. The unit is comfortable, and the complex is very quiet. There were some issues with the door/lock, which the property manager responded to very quickly. Especially for the price, a great deal.

Cute place

Stayed here for a couple of months and really enjoyed it! It’s in a safe and quiet area. The property manager responded quickly when the keypad to get in wouldn’t work for me. If you’re needing a home away from home, this place is it!

Nice place to stay

I was in town for three weeks and this place was great. The property is in a nice location and is easy to find. It was very clean and everything was as pictured. Would definitely recommended if you are in town for an extended period.

Great location

Condo was clean, comfortable and in a nice quiet community. Property manager was very responsive to our needs. Close to grocery, restaurants and our favorite golf courses. Enjoyed our 2 weeks!

This Property was the perfect choice for the purpose of my time in the Scottsdale area. It was centrally located to shopping, dining, outdoor activity and for me, the Mayo facilities. I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a slightly longer stay as it offers all the comforts of a home away from home.

Winter escape for sunshine!

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. Great accommodations; heated pool and hot tub that we enjoyed daily as the weather warmed up! My husband had trouble with the stairs due to some issues with his legs that we did not anticipate but we managed. Close to everything and friendly people in the complex. Would definitely return if it was on the first floor. Property manager was easy to work with. Thank you for an amazing 6 weeks! It’s so hard to go home!!
