Discover a beautifully updated getaway in this cozy 1930’s home, conveniently located in downtown Mesa. The light rail, several award winning restaurants, the Mesa Arts Center & the LDS temple are all within walking distance. You are also just a short drive from Spring Training facilities, concert venues, golf courses, museums, shopping and more!

The beautiful interior is fresh from the pages of a home design magazine. The back patio & enclosed yard are perfect for enjoying cool desert nights. Create delicious dishes in the convenient kitchen, configured with a full suite of appliances & all the cooking tools you need. Stream your favorite shows on smart TV's provided in the stylish living area as well as each bedroom.

Other amenities include a cute "book nook" with children's activities conveniently stored in the bench seat, a combination of brand new furnishings with a few antiques mixed in, and a lift-top coffee table to make working on your laptop more comfortable.

Please note that the house is located on Mesa Dr, so you may hear some road noise. However, it also gives you great access to all that downtown Mesa has to offer!

Additional Stay Policy (Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement)

For stays longer than 3 weeks (21 nights), a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required.

This cleaning includes:

-Washing and replacing all linens and towels
-Refresh and cleaning of the home
-Restocking essential supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, basic amenities)

The mid-stay cleaning fee is $120 and will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time during the stay.

This requirement helps maintain the cleanliness, condition, and overall quality of the property for the comfort of our guests and to ensure the home remains well cared for throughout longer stays.

Our quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. No loud music outside or inside the property after quiet hours. $500 fee for smoking/vaping/weed
We want you to enjoy our place with your friends and family but please no parties allowed. The fireplace is not operational.
For stays longer than 21 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to clean the home, wash linens and towels, and restock basic supplies. The fee is $120

The house was super cute and very comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights for a VB tournament my daughter had in Mesa. The road noise wasn't an issue at all. The owners have this house very stocked, organized and easy to stay in. tons of towels and kitchen items, extra blankets, lots of pillows. We slept very well. The AC and heat work well as well as needed. We really loved this house. It just works. Owners came by to help with something which also says a alot about them. Truly awesome service. We would def come back.

1930 Craftsman Style Brick House

Very cute, tastefully furnished, well updated. Great water pressure in the shower. TV was a little fussy, probably operator error. Our host was very communicative.

Perfect

Rental was perfect for what I needed. It is on a little bit of a busy street, but easily accessible with its own driveway and near a lot of stores as well as the highway. The house was clean and well cared for. Very cute little patio with a privacy fence. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfection!

The location, a few blocks from the center of Mesa, couldn`t be more convenient. The Bungalow is charming, beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable. The fully equpped kitchen and laundry room are a bonus. This was our second visit in the bungalow and we plan to stay there again. Also, the host was very reponsive and helpful.

All the Stars!

This property is such a great oasis and phenomenal deal! I was traveling with my entire family for business, with them tagging along for a little sunshine. It was an easy drive from the airport with beautiful grounds and ample parking. It was perfectly clean, so charming, and the host was responsive. It’s located conveniently near downtown Mesa but with a fully fenced outdoor area felt very private. I took a run each day we were there and the neighborhood was fun and safe. Hopes Frybread is next door - don’t miss it! Great Navajo Tacos. We wished we had booked it longer. It is a lovwlt property and such a great deal.

Wonderful

We were traveling for a missionary reunion and to visit the Mesa Easter Pageant. All our activities were about 20 minutes or less & we walked to the Pageant. This is a cute older house that has been updated very well. Well stocked kitchen & games for entertainment. I can recommend this property & will stay again when in the neighborhood.

Perfect home away from home

This is a lovely house perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable. Great accommodations. There were 3 of us my Me, My husband and 87 yr old father. I was really concerned with the step ups into the dining room and hall. We could not really use the walker easily but since we were together all the time he did ok with the cane getting around. It rained so we did not use the outside at all. The only thing to note is this is on a main street so be prepared for road noise. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful home away from home!

Everything was perfect! Super clean and well appointed. Loved the decor and the location was just what we wanted. Walking distance to Arts Centre and DT And one block to Mesa & Main train station which was a $4 ride from PHX Sky Harbour.

We loved this Casita! This is a wonderful gem of a place with a little patio area in the back that was nice to sit on with a glass of wine. It was also immaculate and incredibly well appointed with every kind of appliance you can think of- from a keurig to a toaster. The communication was very responsive and kind. They were even very patient with me when I managed to flub up the check out time! Thank you so much for the fantastic stay and service. We will be back the next time we come to town!
