Arcadia Bungalow - NUEVO REMODELO

El Arcadia Bungalow está ubicado en el vecindario de “Lower Arcadia”, central para casi todo. Esta “escena local” vibrante y moderna cuenta con restaurantes, bares y cafeterías de propiedad independiente a poca distancia el uno del otro. Los senderos para bicicletas a lo largo del canal conducen al casco antiguo de Scottsdale, el entrenamiento primaveral de SF Giants, múltiples centros turísticos, tiendas y una enorme escena de bares enérgicos. Otros caminos conducen a Camelback Mtn. Y resorts Paradise Valley. Muy cercano al aeropuerto Sky Harbor, ASU, campos de golf, el distrito comercial Biltmore y campos de golf.

Renovado por H. Ryan Studio (firma de diseño de interiores), el interior tiene una cocina totalmente nueva, baño, camas Tempur-Pedic, ropa de cama Peacock Alley, opciones de almohadas, puertos USB, 3 televisores inteligentes, parrilla al aire libre con 2 chimeneas y sillones. El gran patio trasero es perfecto para entretenerse y relajarse.

The perfect birthday trip!

I was so happy to stay at the Arcadia bungalow for my birthday trip to Scottsdale. It was the perfect location and I enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and local grocery stories, eateries, etc. I enjoyed a quick ride into old town Scottsdale when needed, and it wasn't far from the baseball spring training games I attended.Perry was a great host, very communicative and attentive towards any needs or questions I had. He had so many great little details and touches to the place and went above and beyond to make my stay a great one. I appreciated him giving me an early check in. The bungalow was clean and the beds were so comfortable, it made it hard to leave my little Scottsdale oasis. I hope to return to this Arcadia bungalow soon!

Great place to stay!

We arrived on a day that it was raining, and Perry helped us get in a little earlier than check in time. The appointments in the house are wonderful I.e. thick absorbent towels, a well stocked kitchen with great appliances We were very happy while enjoying Phoenix.

Convenient Arcadia Location

Terrific Bungalow; Great Walled-in Yard; Perfect Location; and a Great Host, too!

My wife and I (and our two doodle pups) thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay. The bungalow is a perfect two-bedroom place with a wonderful grassy, walled-in yard (with five palm trees in it, no less!). The large patio is wonderful and the grill is handy for cookouts. Location is perfect -- beautiful walking about Arcadia/Biltmore neighborhood and close to central Phoenix, Scottsdale, restaurants and museums. The bungalow is well-decorated and appointed -- everything you need for your stay is there. And Perry, your host, is terrific. Great communication and ready to help with anything you might need. This is a Five Star Place!!

Perfect Home Our Phoenix Visit

My wife and I plus our two dogs stayed at this beautiful home for 19 days during a working vacation. Host Rating - 5/5 Perry was quick to respond to our questions and requests. Flexible due to some unforeseen travel changes and a very gracious host. The human and dog treats were very much appreciated. A rainstorm covered the patio with debris and a Saturday morning call had it cleaned up in no time. Neighborhood Rating - 5/5 This is the perfect location for Scottsdale, Tempe and west central Phoenix. I had an 8 am meeting at ASU and arrived at the parking lot in 18 minutes. The neighborhood was full of friendly, young families and was very safe. it was also in walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to shopping. Home Rating - 5/5 The 2 - bedroom, 1 bath was perfect for my wife and I. The home is well decorated with a very elegant feel. We loved the patio and outdoor fireplace while our dogs enjoyed the large, enclosed yard. The kitchen had top-notch appliances and was equipped with everything a home chef could want. Thank you, Perry, for being a gracious host.

Pet friendly and just perfect!

Perfect location for getting to the Ironman event site to cheer our son on. Adorable neighborhood! Everything we needed and more in the house and the neighboring shops and restaurants. Pet friendly is an understatement with the big fenced back yard. Loved watching the love birds (parrots) zipping around the backyard. We couldn't have been happier with the weekend and the whole set-up and will definitely stay again! Thanks Perry for your attentiveness!

Wonderful location and host

The Arcadia Bungalow is a beautiful place in a great neighborhood with great restaurants and bars within walking distance. I visited with my dog, who has a blast playing in the beautiful yard. Perry is an even greater host! He made us feel welcome with treats for me and my dog. The check-in/out is as simple as they come. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Mini Vacation in Phoenix

I came out to Phoenix to see friends and golf and need just a small VRBO for myself and my pup. Perry's place was perfect for my needs as the neighborhood was really nice and a great backyard for my dog. I travel a lot with VRBOs and Perry was one of the best hosts I have experienced. He provided me and my dog with our favorite snacks and drinks, checked on me to make sure everything was going great and was generous with his ability to give me an early check-in. I travel to Phoenix once every few months and will consider Perry's VRBO my home away from home.

A true private Phoenix Oasis with a host that truly cares

The Arcadia Bungalow is absolutely impeccable. My husband, dog and I came to town for a wedding that I was in and were lucky enough to find this gem. Our stay was amazing. It started with Perry, the host, reaching out to us to provide us a welcome drink of our choice, whether that be a six pack of beer, wine, or something else and a treat for my pup, where he verified he did not have any food allergies before leaving anything. When we arrived the place was clean and including the wine, there were snacks for the humans and a toy for my dog! We were impressed and instantly felt welcome. The location of this home is a 5 minute drive from fabulous restaurants (suggestions in the welcome packet) and also less than 10 minutes from target and other shopping locations, incase you forgot anything. The wedding I was in was at the Royal Palms Resort, which was only an 8 minute drive away. Perry offered us an early check in and late check out as well to help accommodate our travels. The bathroom was well stocked and the kitchen provided us with everything we needed to cook a meal. The backyard is very large and private with plenty of places to sit and hang out. I honestly cannot say enough positive things about our stay. If you are looking for a comfortable and well kept home with a host that truly cares, look no further. We will definitely stay again!

Terrific Late-Winter Retreat

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Arcadia Bungalow — for us a two-week getaway from late-winter Colorado weather to spend time with family and friends in the Phoenix area. This property is all it is advertised and reviewed to be. Perry is a gracious and attentive host: very welcoming, quickly responsive to any questions we had; even checked in by text message a couple times to make sure all was going well for us. The bungalow is comfortable, cute, and well-supplied, in a very nice neighborhood. On this cold, windy Denver morning we are missing our morning coffee on the back patio in Arcadia. We would recommend the Arcadia Bungalow to any who are interested, without reservation.

We had a lovely time in phoenix & enjoyed staying at the bungalow in the Arcadia neighborhood. The two bedroom home had everything you could need. It had a big backyard with palm trees, lounge chairs, grill & fire pit, & great restaurants within walking distance. Perry was great to check in to see if we had any questions or needed anything!!

Amazing Attention to detail

I have used VRBO many times from New York City to Maui and in between. From high-rise condos, waterfront estates to a Yacht at the San Diego Harbor. I'm a General Manager for a San Francisco Private Club/hotel and enjoy the ability to entertain and enjoy the luxury of a well appointed private residence. I often travel with my three English bulldogs. When selecting a property I do my "due diligence" in reading the reviews and contacting the owners in advance if I hope to bring the bulldogs or are planning to entertain at the VRBO home. I was in Phoenix over a two week period to celebrate the holidays with my family and attend a wedding. I contacted Perry regarding my dogs and hosting a thanksgiving dinner for 10 and a rehearsal dinner for 14. Perry was gracious and accommodating, he shared any potential challenges while approving my requests. This Arcadia Bungalow was perfectly described in the previous rave reviews... Impeccably clean, pet friendly (stained concrete floors, durable fabrics and secured massive backyard). My experience with this property was absolutely first rate. Some of the more impressive qualities: quiet & lovely neighborhood.... families, dogs all out for walks.... all the homes had a tremendous pride of ownership. The home is incredibly maintained with artsy touches that make spending time there lovely. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors leading to a wonderful patio area overlooking the yard with mature trees and plantings. Picture a black and white stripped Hollywood bungalow behind a Beverly Hills estate and you get the feel. Nothing from this home gave me the feeling from coming from the dollar store or the home goods section of Ross. Plantation Shutters, smart TV's, wireless speaker for your bluetooth connection, quality bathroom amenities both bulk and hospitality size, plenty of wood hangers, china, glass and silver you would be proud to entertain using. Quality kitchen accessories .... the list goes on and on. Perry was welcoming, responsive and a true example of what hospitality should be in todays world. This property is a smaller home... it's about quality not quantity with this selection. I highly recommend this listing.

Back to the Bungalow

We really enjoy this house with expansive backyard patio fully equipped and ready to lounge and entertain. The kitchen has absolutely everything and is very conducive to coffee, cooking, baking, whatever.. Perry welcomed us with snacks and a very nice Merlot! I We absolutely love the convenience to restaurants, shopping, Old Towne and the Heard Museum which is our favorite. We would absolutely recommend the Arcadia Bungalow and will come back!
