Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, desk, spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, tall mirror, modern shower, and stand-alone tub. Two additional bedrooms each provide a king bed and closet, while the fourth bedroom offers 2 twin beds. A second full bathroom with double vanity and a shower/tub combo serves the home, along with a convenient half bath.
Outdoor living
Step into the large private backyard where you’ll find a (optional heated) pool, hot tub, and sun loungers for afternoons in the Arizona sun. Dine outdoors at the table, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather for games and conversation in the seating area with TV. In the evenings, the fire pit offers the perfect place to unwind under the stars. Please note that the garage is not available to guests but we have plenty of street parking available along with 2 driveway parking spots.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is well equipped with generous prep space, a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, French press, toaster, blender, and electric kettle. Essentials like cooking basics, dishes, and wine glasses are provided. A dining table sits nearby for shared meals, while the open layout flows easily into the living room.
Indoor comforts
Inside, you’ll find comfortable couches, and a TV. High-speed WiFi and an ethernet connection support both leisure and work, with a dedicated workspace available. A spacious laundry room includes a washer and dryer, along with essentials such as bed linens, towels, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades.

Families will appreciate thoughtful touches including a pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games.
