A split floorplan provides privacy, while the backyard serves as your personal mini-resort: sparkling pool, putting green, outdoor lounge, BBQ station, and dining setup.

This Destination AZ Vacations home comes fully stocked so you can drop your bags and relax. You’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary coffee, toiletries, and fresh linens/towels waiting for you.

Location and outdoor area was perfect. Kitchen really needs to be stocked better and things checked, like batteries. Very clean and great appliances. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely Spacious. Loved the layout. Great location and very close to the airport, ASU, and many other things. Management was quick to respond. Wish the pool was heated or had the option to heat for an extra charge. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip for Daughter’s ASU Graduation

House was perfect for all of us. Very comfortable. We loved the pool and backyard. Was great to be so close to Old Scottsdale and all the fun spots. Would definitely stay here again!

ASU Graduation

This was property was the perfect home away from home when we traveled to the area for our son’s graduation from ASU. The location was perfect, it was about a 15 minute drive to campus. There was a grocery store less than a mile away and plenty of dining options. All the rooms were comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the backyard and the pool. It was a perfect place to hang out as a family on our down time. I highly recommend this home!

Great place & location

The location was great for downtown Scottsdale & Phoenix. About two hrs to Jerome and Sedona. Only about 20 minutes from airport; and host worked with us for an early check in & late check out. The house & amenities were great. One TV did not work, but they had a second TV that did work (March Madness games!!).

Nice property

Very clean and well kept property. Good proximity to restaurants. Number of bathrooms was a plus. Sorry we didn't have time to enjoy the backyard & pool. Would definitely like to stay here again when we come visit family.

Wedding weekend

We had three generations stay in the house and it was perfect. Grandparents in the primary suite, parents in the smaller en-suite and adult kids in the other two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. The fourth toilet off the bar area was convenient when people were showering to still have that available.The pool was very nice, just wish the pool lights came on at dusk and not 9:45pm.

Great stay!

We stayed for a weekend at this lovely home. The location is very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. We recommend Carlsbad Tavern for delicious Mexican food and unique dishes/restaurant. Also, US Egg America for breakfast (they also serve lunch), you can't go wrong. Both places we had excellent service. Communication was great with owner. Bed was comfy in the master. Pool/putting green were great. My husband really enjoyed the Golden Tee game! Overall, a wonderful stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

The house was great! Multiple gathering places, great kitchen, enough space for lots of people without seeming cavernous. Outdoor space was great too, lovely pool and we enjoyed the putting green and seating areas.

The state was tremendous. Communication was great location was unbelievable in the house was just as described. I had a tremendous time with my friends. We have to go back to Phoenix again will be going to the house.

Do not trust the listing of this property

We rented this property specifically because the listing stated that the pool could be heated for a fee. I arranged to have the pool heated for 3 weeks of our monthlong stay. This, in fact, never occurred. The pool man said that the heater was broken. I repeatedly tried to contact the property manager via phone calls, texts, and VRBO messages. Our grandchildren were due to arrive and they were so excited about being able to swim. After replying that he would get it taken care of, he ghosted me for the rest of our stay- no reply whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable, rude, and did NOT have to happen. VRBO customer service just kept relaying messages to the property manager which were ignored. Renter beware!

Christmas Getaway

Everything was nice. We enjoyed having four bedrooms, two with en suites which made it nice with two families. We would have loved for the kids’ bedrooms to have a tv in them so they could watch movies in their rooms at night. But, overall, a great location. The men in our group loved playing Golden Tee and having the putting green in the backyard.

ASU Graduation Accommodations for 7 for 5 nights

The layout of the home is spacious and comfy. We enjoyed having the two living rooms. All of the beds were comfy with nice quality bedding. The backyard space was nice to enjoy although not after the sun went down, as there was not any lighting. If lighting were added, the back yard could be enjoyed after sundown. Our keycode for the front door was not uploaded, but after calling, was given an alternate code. There were issues with low water pressure in the master shower and kitchen faucet and both were resolved timely. I provided a list of noted damaged items with suggestions as well. The location was super convenient. Costco, Frys and nice dining options are nearby. We highly recommend Fate Brewing, Pedal Haus, Morning Squeeze, Daily Dose and Thai Basil for restaurants! We would stay at this home again.
