The space

The home is newly furnished and renovated with many amenities including; cooking utensils, washer/dryer, TV with cable/sports, futuristic technology, eco-friendly showers, 2 car driveway with additional street parking, and more.

There are four bedrooms and Three bathrooms in the house as well as a sofa beds in the common space. This house works well for a family, group of friends, or even sports teams

Guest access

The entire facility is open to guests. The house is equipped to accommodate 12 people comfortably during their stay. The best way to utilize the home is enjoying a home cooked meal in the kitchen and dining room and enjoy eating outside and playing games.

Interaction with guests

All questions will be answered by the host as soon as possible to ensure all guest needs are met. As your host, I am very open to requests and unique stays to make sure your visit is just as you imagine. The house will provide a booklet with instructions on how everything in the home works as well as suggested places in the Scottsdale area.

The house has a smart lock on the front door for 100% self-check in and privacy for you and your guests.

Other things to note

The house is in a family neighborhood, as a courtesy, I ask guests to be sure to keep the volume levels down after 9 PM to keep a happy community.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is a super quaint area with a lot of awesome places. There is a grocery store, hardware store, post office, gas station, fantastic coffee shop, bar and more within walking distance away from the house.

Get around

Most of the necessities you will need are within walking distance or a very short drive.

Unfortunately, Arizona has very little public transit but there is always a Lyft or Uber right around the corner anytime of the day. Most popular attractions are a $10 or less ride away.

Great spot in PHX!

Really close to the grocery store and centrally located to get to downtown, Taliesin West, several trailheads, etc. If you're planning on doing primarily ubers, be warned that sometimes they can take 10-15 min (especially if you're looking for XLs). But we came spring training weekend, so that also might have affected things. Communication with hosts was really quick and easy and they were flexible about early check in/late check out! Couch, dining area, and extra bedding supplies were really helpful. Soap etc. in showers is travel size, so get more or bring your own.

Golf Weekend

Perfect for our guys golf weekend. Close proximity to a lot of great courses and a short Uber to Old Town. Also, close to grocery stores to stock up and house was in great shape with three well working showers.

Great location in Scottsdale as advertised in amenities. Ina was very responsive when needed the house was great clean roomy backyard nice.

Met some expectations, didn't on others.

Location was excellent for the specifics of our trip. Easy to find. WiFi was excellent. Beds firm but comfortable. Patio is a great feature. Lemon trees in the yard. Rocks (hurt bare feet) surrounded an island of astro-turf. Yard game is corn hole/bean bag toss. (fun). Common areas were comfortable. TV's everywhere. Just 4 blocks to a grocery. However, several items found wanting. Initial ad listed "gourmet coffee and tea", and there was none, just a Mr Coffee and filters. Bathrooms not stocked, had to ask for additional shampoo, soap, towels, paper products. Initial ad was "recently remodeled" but they were poor quality cabinets (didn't open/shut properly), and bathroom/hot tub with poor finish quality. There was a heavy oily finish on dining table and all kitchen cabinets that took a few days to rub off. Kitchen floor was not too clean. Quality of dinnerware, cups/glasses, cutlery was low end. Overall, not worth what we paid. It was a premium price for the rental, and the photos looked nice, but true value was probably half of what we paid. I also looked up the listing and the "average rental" price is currently half of what I paid (booked in Dec) I think there should be a refund.
