Couldn’t have planed for a better location and awesome experience with are stay in Scottsdale. Condo was amazing and the area is beautiful. Very nice and peaceful location.

Perfect For This Family

The property was perfect for what we needed. We played golf, went hiking, shopping, Fiesta Bowl and other outdoor adventures. Property was clean and spacious for us 4 adults ( 2 parents, 2 adult children).

Beautiful Villa in McCormick Scottsdale

We were here for our daughter’s wedding. With such a nice Villa right near the venue we were able to enjoy our time with a minimum of stress. Thanks to Ben we were well supported.

Wonderful place!

Thank you so much for the great amenities and space you provided! Everything was clean, well-decorated and felt like home away from home! It was perfect for our needs, plenty of space for 5 of us, and could have comfortably accommodated 6. We will be back! This place has earned our loyalty!

Great Scottsdale location

Property was exactly what we needed for our family. Located 10 minutes north of Old Town Scottsdale and 5 minutes from the Salt River Fields for Spring training. Owner was in contact with us by email before, during and after our stay.

Absolutely perfect!

Lovely condo. Clean. Beautiful. Spent Saturday at the pool. Kitchen well appointed. Abundant linens and pillows. Very friendly landlord. I will be here again!

Great Value

This place is a great value. The location was perfect for us and being attached to the resort was really great. The condo itself had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The pictures are accurate. If you are looking for something brand new or with a lot of upgrades through out the home this is probably not your spot. The resort and condos seem older. Again the value for what you get though is great.

McCormick Ranch condo

We loved the location but felt the condo could have been cleaner and more modern. The hotel associated with the condo also needed major updates. We loved dealing with Dan, our Evolve contact; he was timely and responsive to our concerns.

clean, well stocked property

The property was very clean and spacious. There were many items to make the stay pleasant, games, kitchen supplies,bedding etc. Parking was very close and undercover for two cars. In a very nice location close to all types of amenities.Upon arrivial we noticed the bed description was not as advertised which caused an adjustment due to changing two twin beds to a queen as men are not keen about sleeping together. Also the TVs were not working at all. The owner was very conscientious and concerned for us and went above and beyond to attempt to correct the problem and communicate with us. Due to his efforts I would not hesiitate to stay there in the future.

Didn’t live up to pictures

The exterior of the building is very poorly maintained, needs painting etc. The hall bath has black mold in the shower. The living room couches are in need of replacing, very worn. There was garbage in the outside containers and no one picked up the garbage when we were leaving after a 7 day stay. Needless to say the smell was terrible!

Nice owner - extremely accommodating

The unit worked well for us. It has one parking spot. It was clean and well appointed. Check in was easy - we were able to check in early which was nice.

Great Location

Great location! We were close to everything and had no issue finding restaurants or things to do. There is a community pool and restaurant/bar onsite too. :)
