Welcome to our Old Town Scottsdale condo! My husband and I bought this condo because we love Old Town Scottsdale. We spend about half the year in Arizona but love to share our amazing place with other world travelers like us. In addition, Our spot is only seconds from OT's vibrant nightlife and mouth watering dining scene, one of our favorite spots Postino’s is right across the street. Our property really is the perfect base for exploring all that Old Town Scottsdale has to offer. Our unit is a ground-level unit, & super private. We have NO NEIGHBORS! It truly feels like a private home. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed, and the 2nd bedroom has the same! Approx 1400 sq ft, with two private bathrooms, perfect for couples! We have games, cornhole & a grill so you can enjoy the perfect Arizona winters! Two flatscreen TV’s (we think it’s weird when other VRBO’s don’t have TV’s in the master lol) and FREE internet, of course.

BASKETBALL & RACQUETBALL COURTS: For some competitive sport, join family, friends or neighbors at the racquetball or basketball courts available on a first come first serve basis.
LOCKER ROOMS & STEAM ROOMS: The men's and women's locker rooms with steam rooms and showers are conveniently located in the corridor on either side of the indoor pool.
OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOLS & SPAS: Whether you're swimming, sunbathing or just chilling outdoors after dark, there's plenty of room for all at the two outdoor pools open 6 am - 11 pm daily.
The East Pool has a separate kiddie pool and spa, cushioned lounge chairs and two BBQ grills. Located on *1 (street level), from the walkway follow the signage towards Bldg. 7151. The pool is located behind 7151.
The West Pool has a separate spa, cushioned lounge chairs and one BBQ grill. Located on *1 (street level), follow the signage towards Bldg. 7131. The pool is located behind 7131.
PUTTING GREEN: There is never an off-season for golf in Scottsdale so bring your clubs and practice your precision strokes. Located on L1 near the center of the promenade.
PRIVATE DOG PARK: The community has a private dog park for use by residents is located on the northwest corner of E Rancho Vista and Scottsdale Road.
LOCATIONS: The Fitness Center, Indoor Pool, Racquetball Court, Basketball/Pickleball Court, Locker Rooms and Party Room are all located on L2. From L1, near the center of the promenade, take one of the twin stairways down and turn right or left to access the amenity. Everything is open 24/7.
