Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location for any type of traveler. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the second floor. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. While at Scottsdale Park Suites, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable (HBO included).

Our community features a gorgeous, large outdoor community space with a fireplace, abundant seating, bocce ball and other outdoor lawn games; 3 grilling stations, heated pool and hot tub, additional seating areas and misters for those warm Arizona days.

We are a smoke-free community.

Scottsdale Park Suites takes all steps to provide a clean home for your arrival. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized between guests.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Once your reservation request has been completed, you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.

*Surveillance cameras in use throughout the community's common areas. This includes the sidewalks, parking lot, gate doors, pool/hot tub, laundry room and office.

Great little spot!

Very cute property with heated pool and hot tub - lots of hang out places in a very cool area of Scottsdale. The place is a bit dated with very basic kitchen supplies - but it worked great for me.

There’s good & bad

The good. Bed was comfortable. There is a great “common area” where we met lots of wonderful people staying there as well. The staff & support staff were great. Couldn’t have been better! Great location, close to everything. Right next to greenway for walking & biking. The bad. Our room was old & outdated. Drawers & floor were filthy. Talking to others, that was a common thread. Pictures on the VRBO site are outdated & misleading.

As advertised, nice but with one major and one minor negative

Everything except one (see below) was nice. Right off the greenway, secure, quiet. Pool/hottub, grounds nice. Minor negative was supplies (bags, soaps, dishcloth etc were pretty minimal for a 2 weeks stay. We had to buy several household items and then had to leave them for the next guest-- if the cleaners did not throw them out. The major issue was the bed was very hard. I know some don't like a soft bed but wouldn't you put a medium firmness for a rental?? My wife and I have never been in a hotel room even with such a hard mattress. Many nights did not get a good sleep because had to toss and turn on the bed. So overall had to give the place a 3/5 rating.

Great location

Central location and great walking paths along the green belt. Rental car companies about a 15 -20 minute walk away. We will stay here again.
