Never again

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were roaches and the room had a stench. There were no lamp shades, just bare bulbs on all the lamp fixtures. The man at the desk was rude and unfriendly. We only stayed one night and it was a miserable experience. Do not book with this place unless you love filth and ugly attitudes.

Disappointing

This hotel has really run down over the past few years. Furniture is old and poor condition, sink was clogged, pool was closed because of who knows? Shady characters roaming the halls - the restaurant that isn't. Probably will never stay there again and we have for years.

The room was dirty, beds was made up terrible, window curtains were all torn and dirty, the room did not smell good I complained to front desk, I was giving a room to look at, and had to immediately Leaving and cancel my reservation And left

People were very nice, accommodations were lacking. Asked for towels and had to ask again after two hours. Fire alarm went off in the night for many minutes, would stop and start again.

The first room had ants and the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room immediately. However the fire alarm went off for about an hour. Again the staff was outstanding.

The front desk clerk, Bilal was really pleasant and helpful. Made check-in easy.

Key didn't work. Was almost impossible to open the door. Wifi so weak I couldn't send or receive emails. Sign at the desk advises guest from engaging in verbal or physical abuse directed against the staff. I can see why it is necessary as I'm sure there are many angry and frustrated guests. I give this property negative two stars.

Hotel itself was ok. Some sketchy characters, but the room itself was fine. The night receptionists are not the most friendly. It’s almost like you are inconveniencing them by asking them the simplest things (check out, shuttle to/from airport, etc.).
