our room 357 was very clean and smells great. I sanitized everything and ran the sanitizer machine to eliminate bed bugs. Overall IHG is very nice and comfortable .

It was a very nice property, well maintained. Looks like people forgot it reopened. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Trash needs to be changed more in lobby and outside. Also booked a room with two beds and got 1 bed a pull out couch. A little disappointing but a decent one day stay.

Room were in okay shape but I guess that’s guest were smoking weed and everytime we came back to the second floor it smell like weed. We were there for a week and did not know we had to ask for room service but when asked they were on top of it. Convenient location.

Upon arrival the desk clerk was engaged with her phone and didn't notice me standing there for several minutes. The lobby smelled of curry. The room was at the end of the long hallway which created difficulty with my mobility issues. Room cleanliness was okay but I travel with cleaning supplies so that wasn't major. What was major was the noisy bed it creaked loudly with every move, and the evidence of a leak in the ceiling above the bed was also very concerning and when mentioned to the front desk requesting a possible room change there was no remedy offered. If we were not so exhausted a hotel change would have been in order! First and last time at this hotel!!

Appreciated the offered upgrade to a suite. This is an older lodging, yet a solid bargain. Lots of pillowes and an excellent bed.

First impressions when you open up the elevator and see all kinds of dirt, wasn’t pretty. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean in the room. For the average person breakfast would be more than adequate, I just had a few scrambled eggs. It wouldn’t take much for them to clean this property and make it look much better.

My 5-day stay was disappointing overall. The room was acceptable, but the breakfast was terrible and became repetitive every morning, with the same eggs, sausages, and pancakes served day after day. It would have been much better with more variety and better quality food.

Don’t book this hotel through Expedia or anywhere else honestly avoid this hotel in General. They supposedly have a “system issue” where Expedias price and the hotels system is having issues with communication and so manager overrode the price of my hotel only to steal the difference between their price and the Expedia price from my deposit and then not return my calls or anything else.

The hotel was clean and the room was quiet. We requested extra pillows and were told they were not available. Otherwise it served our purpose and we would stay again.

The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The television did not work and it was difficult to contact the staff to find out if it could be fixed. The staff did offer a different room, but said there was no one to fix the TV until the next morning, it didn’t matter because we were there a short time anyway otherwise all good.

Hotel needs a lot of updates Stuff needs to be trained in customers service. Don't text when customers staining and waiting just to drop the keys Food should be better, no appl juice in the pitcher with "orange juice " stickers. Pillows way too soft No bodywash and handle shower All rest is OK
