Great location, lovely city apartment.

We loved the location. The Apartment was very nice in main , the second bedroom & bathroom are in what feels like an Extension with low ceiling and felt slightly cramped (compared to main areas & en-suite which was high ceiling and very spacious. There Was a party going on in upstairs apartment which caused some noise and lack of sleep. This wasn’t the fault of the first property but keep in mind it’s an apartment in a city and we stayed on Friday so we perhaps should have been more mindful this could have happened.

Would love to come back!

Stayed here with my husband, brother and sister-in-law. This was exceptionally clean! Both beds very comfortable. I agree with other comments. It’s not accommodating for 4 people to sit in the main living space. Just 2 wine glasses. Hand towels are needed in both bathrooms. Minor inconveniences but would be easy to resolve. The location is great, with many restaurants to walk to and great neighborhood grocery. It was great for the 4 nights we stayed.

Great location, Fabulous Apartment

This apartment is in the most gorgeous area of Philadelphia - historic houses, cute cafes, chilled vibe. We found it easy to walk to the Barnes Foundation and into the historic city centre (Independence Hall, Liberty Bell etc). It is very spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Delighted that we found this place and highly recommend to anyone looking to spend time in Philadelphia.

The location of this unit is amazing! The street is beautiful and very close to Rittenhouse Square and all the restaurants, etc. The owner was very responsive and clear in his instructions. The unit itself is sizable with 2 very separate bedrooms and baths. It has everything you need for a delightful stay. We would most likely stay there again. A few small things could make it even better IMO. There is only seating for 2 in the living room even though the property sleeps 4. Not a huge issue if you are out and about, but if you want to have a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening there aren't seats for everyone in the living room. There is only a bedside table on one side of the bed in the primary bedroom. And finally the lighting is so bright it removes all ambience. But if those things don't mean anything to you then I would highly highly recommend.

Rittenhouse Square

Rittenhouse Visit

Nice apartment close to Central City locations. Few improvements needed, 1) No information pack available, owner suggests contact each time you need to know something or how something works 2) Hot water inconsistent and kitchen tap water pressure extremely poor. 3) No kettle? For visitors from Europe please note you only get full details 24 hour's in advance so not good for ESTA visa entry application requirements which require stay address info (had to book A Hotel instead) Also on departure date with later flight time back to Europe, owner unhelpful with supporting bag storage for a couple of hours.

We loved our time in Philadelphia! Our family of four perfectly set up in this VRBO, Simon was a responsive and amazing host! The property is perfectly located, we were able to walk everywhere! Can’t wait to return!!

We had an issue with the plumbing and needed a plunger the first night we were there. The "host" asked if we needed it the next day. I asked for it right away because we needed to be able to use the toilet. They refused. So I ordered one from DoorDash and asked for reimbursement. No response. Then I asked for a late checkout. No response. I believe the host is not a person, but a company and they do not care if you have a nice stay or not. It is a lovely, spacious place in a fabulous neighborhood, but the host is so awful I would recommend staying anywhere else. There are plenty of other options near Rittenhouse Square.

Wonderful Place

The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again.

Don’t hesitate to book this place

We recently stayed at a Vrbo weekend rental and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and do. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The rental had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend getaway. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. We will definitely be back in the future!

Wonderful place! I'd go back!!

This is a very comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in the heart of a great neighborhood, within walking distance of everything. The layout is terrific for 2 friends, 2 couples or a parent and older child as the rooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the apartment with the living room and kitchen in the middle. It makes for a nice balance of privacy and community space. The fireplace in the living room is a really nice touch. This place is now marked in my favorites and it will be my first choice place to book for future Philadelphia visits.

Beautiful Home and So Close To Everything

We had a lovely time. The room spacious, clean and relaxing. The only thing I would comment on is the water pressure on the sink and that's really it. If this listing is available again when we visit, I would book it in a heartbeat.
