In one word: awful

We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where housekeeping takes it for a 24 hr service which we didn’t want as we were leaving the next day. When I showed her the Wotif room description on my ipad she shrugged and said ‘we no have’. I will not return here, and I didn’t even get to writing about the flavourless and uninspiring breakfast buffet and awful notices plastered all over the place anout not leaving anything of value in your room!

Majoituin tähän hotelliin ystäväni kanssa toukokuussa. Toukokuu on jo off seasonia, että ehkä siks hotelli ja sen ympäristö oli todella rauhallinen. Ei turisteja ja mikään ei maksa juuri mitään. Tän hotellin lähellä on pari hyvää ravintolaa ja joitakin shoppailu mestoja, mutta enemmän toimintaa, ravintoloita ja shoppailumestoja löytyy, jos ei tuu näin itään. Jos jatkaa tästä vielä enemmän itään, lähemmäs niitä hiekkadyynejä, ni päätyy enemmän paikallisten alueelle. Kannattaa käydä niillä dyyneillä, mutta en majoittuis niiden lähelle. Hotelli on perus siisti ja uima-allas on iso. Ranta on ihan metrien päässä, mutta ranta-alue on pieni. Hotellin aamupala oli surkea. Hedelmät kuivia, kahvi kylmää, mehut maistu lähinnä vedelle ja sen lisäks sisään lensi lintuja, jotka nokki myös sitä buffet pöytää. Noi jutut on kyl aika iisisti korjattavissa, että voi olla, että sesongilla ne jaksaa vähän paremmin huolehtia siitä. Kokeiltiin myös hotellin ruokalistaa. Listan pasta oli ainakin hyvää ja hinnat oli kokonaisuudessaan vähintäänkin kohtuulliset. Henkilökunta oli vähän töykeää. Vartijat sen sijaan erittäin palvelualttiita ja ystävällisiä. Meidän huone oli merinäköalalla. Se huone oli valtava ja kylppärissä oli kaks suihkua, joista toinen ns. ulkona. Se oli hieno. Internet ei toiminut meidän huoneessa, mutta pihalla kyllä.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce resort. La plage, la piscine, le calme, le décor luxuriant, jardin très bien entretenu. Cependant pour les restaurants et autres activités, il faut louer un scooter ou un vélo. À recommander pour un séjour en amoureux. François

Perfekt til familie ophold

Er placeret i den rolige del af Hàm Tien (Khu Pho 2), hvor der er færre turister og flere lokale. Priserne er ca. 30-50% lavere end i det tunge resort område, der starter ved Sinh Cafe (Khu Pho 1). Resortet er skønt og roligt. Perfekt til familie. Vi havde en bab med, hvilket slet ikke var et problem. Der er ca. 3-500m til Fairy Stream, hvilket er et must at se. Alle taxere er på taxa-meter. Jo større taxa, des dyrere pr. km. Små taxaer (Kia Picanto / Huyndai i10) er typisk 10-12.000 VND pr. km. (feb.2016). Det kan ofte være billigere at tage en taxa til f.eks. Sand Dunes, Fishermen Village eller Phan Tiet end at købe en tour. Undgå perioden omkring kinesisk/vietnamesisk nytår, da resortet er fyldt med MEGET larmenede kinesere. Resten af tiden, er det russere, der dominerer området. Vær forberedt på, at de færreste lokale taler engelsk, eller i kun MEGET begrænset omfang. Tal langsomt, tydeligt og uden svære ord. Brug gerne håndtegn, når du skal forklare noget :-)

Поездка в январе 2016. Отель оставил самые приятные впечатления. Райское местечко, тихий и чистый пляж, территория невероятна красивая. номера с видом на море это сказка. Умиротворение одним словом. Расположен тоже вполне удачно. Персонал старается, но не очень хорошо понимает английский. Завтраки очень хорошие. Твердая пятерка. С удовольствием вернусь именно в этот отель.

It's a hotel

The beach is quite dirty, which is more of the country's fault than the hotels. Beds were bad. Bright lighting at night so you had to close the blinds. No beer for the 1st 4 days and it only arrived when they decided to open the bar that no one ever worked at. Plus side. The Little Mui Ne Cottages has a great little beach bar for lunch. There is also the only beach bar for miles right beside it which had medium cold beer. The "square" was a good dining choice and the Kim Ahn supplied ok massages. All and all. The service and the drive for customer service are years behind other parts of Vietnam and even farther behind Thailand.

Бронировали самый дорогой номер в отеле "Beach Front Villa" При заезде номера не оказалось. Ничего дельного кроме постоянных "sorry" администратор сказать не смог. Поселили нас в вилле во втором ряду - вид на море с балкончика через забор, ручей и помойку. Обещали пересчитать бронь при выезде, естественно, ничего не пересчитали, спорить с ними не было ни сил не времени, спешили на автобус. Никаких документов при проживании не выдали. Номер 220 - ванная и душ в убитом состоянии, жаль, фото не загрузить, кровать маленькая в сравнении с другими отелями. Гель для душа и шампунь положили на третий день проживания. Завтраки самые скудные из всех, что были в отелях Вьетнама(жили в трешках и четвёрке)

수영장과 프론트 비치는 정말 좋아여. 근데ㅠ객실은 90년대예요 ㅎㅎㅎ 그거 감안하면 ㄱㄱㄱ...조식도 방값만큼 ㅎㅎ

Not a good hotel to stay!!!

Luckily we've got an ocean view room. Apart from that, nothing else is good. Room condition is very poor, linen is very old, bath towels are so rough.

Nice atomosphere close to beach. But...

Atomosphere looks wonderful before I book. Indeed. That's real. You can go to guest only pool and beach side by walk. I satisfied all of them except one. Local guests started singing a song(karaoke) from 8pm to 10pm. Place was problem. Hotel staff prepared stuff in dinner space where is outside. So all guests had to listen to noisy songs. Probably, other foreign guests also called to front and complained that.

Hotelli oli todella hyvä. Siisti. Pitivät kaiken minkä lupasivat. Kaupat ym. Olivat hotelli alueen ulkopuolella. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Henkilökunnan englannin kielen taidossa eniten toivomisen varaa.

I gave this high stars so you can read it and be smart... We booked a 'beachfront' deluxe room. As we're happily chugging our baggage across the cute trail and up the steps, we discover all we have is a sea view. Nobody speaks enough English to get the point, so they materialize the manager, who tells us that this is indeed a beach front. After some argument over technical details, they allege that is actually a sea view. And so sorry, beach front is unavailable. Great. We get a small discount. Had we been less upfront they clearly would have ripped off the unsuspecting tourist. Other than this event, the pool was nice. The breakfast was OK. The beach, frightfully dirty. Location, meh. Not much around, you might do better moving closer to civilization if that's what you're after. All that to say, make sure you get what you're paying for!

Prisvärt hotell med vänlig personal

Hotellet, som under nyårshelgen verkade vara särskilt populärt bland ryska charterturister, har egen pool med bar och ligger alldeles intill stranden. Poolen och baren är helt OK men antalet solstolar var begränsat. Stranden kunde vara renare. Frukosten var bra med massor med färska frukter, yoghurt, ägg & bacon, baguetter, allehanda pålägg, etc. Kaffet var dock si och så, medan teet smakade utmärkt. Trots att sängarna är stenhårda sover man hyfsat tack vare den relativt tysta luftkonditioneringen. Personalen är vänlig och hjälpsam och talar ganska bra engelska. Gratis wifi finns överallt. På nyårsaftonskvällen bjöd hotellet alla boende på en skaldjursbuffé med bubbel. Utbudet på den mer än 30 meter långa grillbuffén var enormt och bekräftade verkligen allt man hört om den vietnamesiska matlagningskonsten, väl tilltaget och mycket gott. Efter middagen blev det kinesisk drakdans och sist men inte minst rysk schlagermusik på högsta volym.

Good resort a bit far away from the action

Little paris is fairly new resort and that shows. They are still figuring out how common things such as breakfast, lunch and dinner should be in the resort. Breakfast was good and you can influence on what you get the next day. Staff is friendly and helpful The resort is a bit far (5km) from the main bars and restaurants of mui ne.
