"Someone from their staff stole my wedding rings worth approximately 5,000 usd. The reception staff was helpful and tried to help and looked concerned, they sent people who worked there and cleaned to look for the rings but they were stolen not missplaced in the room. Manager couldn't be bothered by the incident, she seemed as non chalant as they come.
