Birthday break

The property was lovely and overall a really nice stay for our daughter’s birthday. A few things that could be improved upon:I didn’t receive the check in email and had to chase, to be met with a really rude response from the team at Coastaways. Wasn’t that difficult just to re-send but it seemed like it was for them. Email also needs to be sent earlier than 2 days before - allows no time to plan.House is lovely but if they want to sit with the 4/5 star holiday lets they need to up their game on service elements; towels were tiny and very thin/cheap, no shower gel/shampoo etc provided. Soaps in paper that are thrown away after each guest is not environmentally friendly. Was a serious lack of toilet roll left - really not a big cost! Property is not suitable for anyone with any mobility issues and this is not made clear. Kitchen welcome package was nice.Overall a nice stay but just a few tweaks would improve.
