"We arrived early and felt very welcome from the start. They greeted us with wine and cake and the owner picked some grapes for us right off the vine. Once inside the place was spotless and very roomy. The village nearby had a great pizza and pasta restaurant and was only a short walk. We stayed one night as we were flying out the next day and the owner drove us to the airport ten minutes away. I highly recommend this place."

"Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs."

"The location is fabulous. From the balcony you can see the sea and the people entering the old town. The 60 steps/stairs to the apartment were challenging for my 83 y/o mother but the view was rewarding. Beds were firm and kitchen was small but had everything needed to cook a meal. A/C was cool and in every room. Great stay!"

"Amazing! A short walk from the bus station and a short bus ride into old town. The host (Ante) went above and beyond in welcoming us. The room was spotless and we had a gorgeous view of the sunset from our balcony. It was no issue checking in after a late flight. 10/10 me and my sister would definitely stay here again! "

"beautifully restored, very comfortable, just a few rooms and guests. Very quite. Rooms were lovely and well appointed. Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. "We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could...

"My family and I stayed in the apartment for 3 nights last week. The apartment itself is really cool, well equipped, and was presented immaculately when we arrived, well air conditioned and extremely clean. It's in a fantastic location too, so central and close to everything in the old town you'd need, be it a bar, restaurant, supermarket, boat trip, walk on the walls or whatever. Check in and out was easy and very flexible. Thanks so much. Highly recommended!"

"Perfectly clean and very well kept. Staff was super professional and nice. And good location - no stairs required! One recommendation - include a better description of the location. Literally say it is in the upper floors of Restaurant Forty Four and use that address. The street address on file is around the corner and not related."
